As a university student doing their final year, my only regret is that I didn't start carnivore three years ago when I first discovered it. What I could have achieved is unimageable and sets a fire in me to make up for it now that I am starting to feel super human.
Same here. If I could have felt this way years before, I would be soo much ahead of where I am today. But I'm at the same time grateful that I started carnivore now and not later!
You at least appreciate it more, when you have been on the other side! But I truly feel that my brain is 30% faster and energy levels are just waay better than before.
I am 72, and while I am not fully carnivore, just eliminating a huge percentage of the carbs I was eating, particularly processed foods like snack chips, most bread, etc., I feel so much better, have lost weight, and have a lot more energy. I've only been on this journey for about a month and a half, and am really looking forward to what the future has in store as I continue to modify my diet.

And there are many ways to spice up the carnivore diet if you get tired. I've seen people even make carnivore bread! I know it takes a little more time but making a carnivore loaf of bread one day and have eggs and bread more breakfast multiple days can help people transition better.
100%. Personally I never liked cooking before. But now I've started to really enjoy cooking good carnivore meals!

In the last year I've been on/off, done some different diets. But I went strict carnivore in may, only eating red meat, eggs and salt. I've never felt better in my life, and I feel improvments everyday!
This is what humans have evolved eating. I also made a video on How red meat is the only super food on which you can survive and thrive on.
Just make sure to eat enough fat and take in all the electrolytes you need. Give it 30 days and you will start feeling amazing. Then do it for as long as you feel good! Probably for the rest of your life when you start to feel the benefits :)
