- Replacing the heater fan (blower fan) resistor unit in a Nissan Micra K12 from years 2003 to 2010. If this resistor unit fails, the fan might only come on at certain dial settings or not at all. The replacement part number is 27150AX115. Thanks for watching. Please comment, like and subscribe !.

Worth noting that this tutorial is for a RHD car
No reason for ripping the glove box out on a LHD car just to find the resistor is not there :)
It is located on the same site of the car regardless
Great vid. Just the job however I found the metal contact on the resistor had disconnected. Looks like the solder just came off. So I got it stuck back in place and hey presto. I assume thus is safe to do. May not last long but an even cheaper fix none the less.

The fuse could have blown or the blower motor itself could have failed.
Is there any possibility that is not positioned there, automatic AC, I can't find it in my mk12 2003.
I'm not sure about the automatic AC, I haven't worked on one. Sorry

Hi, I am with automatic climate control and none of the speeds work in my micra. Do you think it could be the heater fan resistor or it may be something else ?
Question: If i don't have the A/C button, does that mean i don't have AC? It only blow hot air

@@screwsnutsandbolts I just bought the car and had it inspected, CO emissions are too high. What should i do about it? Any advice?. It also has the P0420 catalytic code.

If the fan only comes on at the high setting then it could be the same problem as this. I haven't worked on a K13 so I'm not sure exactly where it is. Sorry

You have to take most of the dashboard apart unfortunately.

My Micra had no blower at all. All fuses etc sound. Is this the culprit for mine anybody please.???
