Thank you. Chuck roast has become a new favorite in our home. Sandwiches, tacos, or just plain with a couple side dishes. We enjoy a smoked chuck roast. Hope you are well. I look forward to your next video. Maybe do a chuck roast :)
Man that looks absolutely amazing, definitely on my next to do list. Do you get a lot of smoke in the house, having the smoker close to a window like that?
Thanks for watching. On your next cook do the chuck roast … game changer for an inexpensive cook with great results. I have never had any problems with smoke and the house. The area is well ventilated and the exhaust is about two feet from the window. Check out the video at 2:22 and you get a clear shot of the stack and the window. The other factor is the Shirley burns clean. You can create more smoke if you want but I like to burn a clean fire. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts.
@@myporchbbq I did a 12 hour brisket cook on my green egg few days , clean smoke with pecan wood chunks. I can still smell the smoke in the house and the green egg is about ten feet away from the house on my patio. ))
This is the only one that they make that is not on the custom wait list (36 months out). There are a couple of videos on it. Paul has a video that references the 24x36 prototype. The cost has gone up since then ( like everything else). Dollar for quality and features this is probably the best smoker on the market. You can’t go wrong with it. Make sure you are ok with reverse flow. I don’t find that it matters that much but others are more picky than I am on the topic. Thanks for watching
Great cook. You just gave me an item for nachos this superbowl weekend.
We made street tacos for dinner. This is definitely something we will cook again. Let me know how the nachos turn out.
GREAT COOK THAT THING LOOKS GREAT
The finished product surprised my wife and I with how good it was. We made street tacos out of it. Love that new smoker you got.
@@myporchbbq IT LOOKED GREAT TO ME AND THANKS ON THE SMOKER , GOING TO DO SOME TAILGATE STUFF ON THE SANTA MARIA FOR THE SUPERBOWL
That was an awesome cook Bro. That smoke ring and how easily it pulled apart man that had to have been awesome. 👍🏾

@@myporchbbq A chuck roast may very well be the next smoke for a Taco Tuesday.

Well I can see why you were asking the question. How did the brisket turn out ?
@@myporchbbq The brisket was definitely worth the wait. But I would like to try the chuck roast next. Thank you for the recipe!!!🤝✌
I am looking into getting this cooker. Is this the base model?
