- I have traveled to India. I was intrigued by the Hindu deities of India and felt after that trip that one day I would like to make a wood carving of Ganesha. I do not have extensive knowledge of Hinduism, so there may be some religious errors in the Ganesha statue I made. If there are any mistakes, please point them out in the comments.

細かいヒダの流れやガネーシャの鼻の柔らかさや肌質、とても素晴らしいです。

Beautiful! Some other interesting options you could try carving are Nataraja (the dancing form of Shiva), and Hanuman

I can’t believe you can just carve holding the wood with your feet. My back hurts just looking at it! I stand straight up with the carving chest high. Basically the Togashi of carving. I’m doing one of the samurai ones right now, thanks so much for all these videos great work! After mimicking you I was able to become a professional sculptor from painter and I can’t thank you enough! Your the only person I learned from off youtube. From how you drill out excess wood to how you organize your Japanese tools I copied it all!
Asians dont sit on chairs, they fold their legs and sit down. This helps them stay agile waist down.

It's beautiful but one thing is, if you're doing with religious related sculptures please do not use your feet to hold it !! It's absurd to that religion...

Actually the carver or carpenter is allowed to use any means including his feet to sculpt or carve a diety, only this instance he is not committing an offence
