TY Jeff for all you teach us!
In addition GOD only made *one* wife for Adam. The lady Eve who was created out of his side while he slept!
JESUS also responds to a question in the NT saying even though Moses permitted divorce it was only because the people if GOD were hard-hearted and He stated that GOD had not intended it to be that way at the beginning!

We all have FREE WILL. Just because we do something, doesn't mean God allowed it so it's okay.

Also the bible instructs on how to handle when you have multiple wives how to handle the first born son. Deuteronomy 21:15-17
Then it suggests that church leaders only have one wife. It does not command but suggests only church leader have one wife . Timothy 3.2
The one flesh just means that when you marry you become as one and and must care for the other as themselves but does not preclude a man marrying again and treating her the same. But the other bible entries specifically state men can have multiple wives and if they do this is what is expected.
If god did not approve of multiple wives and it were a sin then there would be zero need for these instructions as it would be wrong.
Since it is okay the bible spells out how to have multiple wives.

That's Christians explanation of one man and one women. Gods chosen people do not believe in Jesus. What is their explanation of one man and one women? 🤔

God allowed it so then women should have multiple partners exclusively. If it is wrong or if it is right, that is across genders.

Unless your king Solomon don't even think about multiple wives. It's not about the sex its about what you provide and what has been ordained to you. Most men can't even handle one.. Much less two or more

Clearly according to Torah Avram had a wife (‘Sarai’) and concubines, Esau had multiple wives (Gen 28:6-8 &c) Yakkov-Yisroel (‘Jacob’ see Gen. 28:15-28) had at least three wives and of course the kings of Yisroel had multiple foreign wives who brought their gods/shrines/priests with them such as David and his half-Jebusite son Jedediah (‘Shlomo’) who was said to have had one wife for ev’ryone of the 70 gentile nations & even built a temple to the Moabite clan-god Chemosh not only to honour his great grandmother Ruth’s extended family at court but also for his Moabite wife - etc etc so the list of ‘Jewish heroes’ practicing polygamy in the Hebrew Bible goes on and on without one syllable of reproach against polygamy except one teenie-tiny verse in Deuteronomy 17:17
‘The king shall not retain many political-wives lest they lead him into worshipping their gods’ which may have been a restriction added later to the abuses of the early Daviddic kings who form’d political alliances with nations such as Egypt or Phoenecia in this way…
Yet YHWH never was suppos’d to have ever outlawed polygamy - or slavery or wife-beating for that matter - the Torah merely puts some limits on these ‘institutions’
