Well done.
Very inspiring video
thanks for taking us inside. Very interesting!
This is a very informative and well done documentary. I enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you for uploading this, and thanks for the quality as well.
I've been studying home wine making and found an awesome website at Pavas grape plan (google it if you're interested)
awesome information. Please keep it up. Thanks.
Nice video Kevin!!!!
Thank you so much for shearing. Perfect process...
Excellent! thanks for posting!
Thanks for this video!
That's informative and sequential and the music wasn't offensive.
The inert gas will prevent many spoilage organisms from taking any foothold in the finished wine. The alcohol in the wine will also help in creating this inhospitable environment.
However, i hope for more. I wonder if the mobile bottling plant supplies the bottles, and sanitizes them before boxing them up and taking them to the winery.
Thank you!!!!
Thank you.

I noticed that the guy emptying bottles from box onto bottling line and as the bottles went through the machine...it didn't discuss the bottle being washed or sanitized. Can anyone comment on if the bottles are sanitized on any level on this machine prior to filling?
The bottles get sanitized on the bottling line they didn't show that part, but also the wine has extremely high levels of non natural preservatives in it, they skipped that part as well.
Is it not necessary to pasteurise the wine after fermentation ?
no because there is alcohol in it after fermentation with keeps the bad bacteria out.
They don't include the part where they add preservatives. Commercial wineries add a number of preservatives (Velcorin, SO2 Etc...) this makes sure fermentation has stopped and that you will have a headache in the morning.
thank kelvin
