Very cool.
Nice video... It has clearly explained the wine making process 🍷
Thanks for this beautiful video, this will be very helpful in my forth coming examination...
thank you alec, what an interesting video. there is a lot to making A GOOD WINE.
There is even more than this...winemaking is an incredibly complicated task
Great Video! Thanks for that
Outstanding video, thanks for posting.
thanks for posting
so no sulphur or any additives at any stage? amazing!
Love the label.
cool!
wow!
Way cool
Why is it that oftentimes the cotton you use to cover the mouth of the bottle is thrown upward?
What is the music in the video
Is this all done in one facility?
I didn't see any process for sanitizing the wine bottles on the line before they are filled. It looks like they are coming right out of the box and filled w/o even a rinse.
What an observation. Good point. Moreover, they're not saying whether the fining agent is used or not. They might wanna save their secret. Anyway, such an informative and well-organized video.
You dont need to do that, they are sterile and clean from the manufacturing process and just get filled right up, wine contains sulfites which would kill any bacteria anyways that was inside the bottle.
What is the chemical reaction of involved in the fermentation process?
any one plx answer?????
Sugar + yeast ethanol + carbon dioxide + heat
In primary fermentation sugar (glucose/fructose) is converted to ethyl alcohol by varying types of yeast. Secondary fermentation occurs wil winr going from mostly malic acid (the stuff that makes warhead candies so sour) into lactic acid (the stuff found in milk) and is performed by a bacteria. Malolactic bacteria. Im unsure of the exact species used or if there r multiple. Likely the later. Secondary fermentation always occurs in red wine but not always whites and some róses
@@msghia5252 yeast creates its own heat. Also CO2 is also a byproduct and there is also secondary fermentation in wines
I think are multiple but starts with hydrolysis, acidogenesis ...... 🤷🏽♂️
Hi I am winery input and expect
No talk of M/L's VA's, pump overs etc etc etc
Omg smelling barrels all day for VA...
That music is horrible
why do videos like this always have such annoying music
