Great workout, bro!! Pasted the routine below
1. Mikans (10 each hand)
2. Reverse Mikans (back to wall) (10 each hand)
3. Same hand same foot Mikans (10 each side)
4. Inside Hand Inside foot Reverse Mikans (back away from rim-10 each hand)
5. Power Dribble + Power Step + Reverse Finish (5 makes both sides/hands)
6. Power Dribble + Hop Step + Lane Floater (5 makes both sides)
7. 2 dribble + same hand/foot running floater (5 each side)
8. x2 hesi between the legs + inside hand finish (3 makes each side)
9. Crossover + Misdirection High Pick Up (3 makes each side)
10. Drift (Rightward escape dribble) + Attack (in-between the legs) + Low Pick Up (3 makes)
11. Wing-Euro + Inside hand reverse finish on opposite side (3 makes)
12. Attack + Behind the back wrap + Reverse finish on opposite Side (3 makes)
13. In and Out + same Hand Same foot (scoop layup)
14. Attack Middle + Euro + Same hand/foot floater (3 each side)
15. 10 FTs

Hey man, I appreciate the content and effort you make. I got many drills off of what I've watched overall.
One issue that I can't work on my own is seems to be the footwork for drives with contact around the rim. If I initiate the contact I'm fine, but if they push my heap out of the drive-line or stuff like that, at times I flail around and mess my footwork.
If you had any future videos to hint at solutions for driving through contact on lays it would be really helpful for me and those similar to me.

I have a question. So I’m new to your workout’s and I’m wondering if you have a Derrick rose type workout? I want to be like a Derrick rose type player like when he played for Chicago and I’m trying to find one. Also what do you when you put in work it doesn’t seem like your doing anything,how do you push through that? I struggle with perseverance and i always seem to be negative about myself. Have any advice?
