I really love the adaptability finishing drill. Very good to work on the quality of being adaptable in mid air, finishing on the way down, and just being able to put English on the basketball. (Coleman of By Any Means Basketball definitely uses this as well)
I loved the change of speed exercice, especially I like the idea of slow down on the two steps, it helps u to create contact againts defenders and control your body
I loved the change of speed drill. It really helps as when I was playing at school today it added variety to my layups and kept my defenders guessing which resulted in lots of points for me. I hope I can use this in game as it would improve my points per game.
The one hand mikan drill was my favorite. Cool variation to everybodys grandpas favorite drill and a low learning curve makes it easy to use with all my clients
My favorite drills is probably the scoop layup drills, perfect to me. I have so much difficult to control the ball just with one hand, perfect bro great job thanks ;)
Maybe I didn't search well enough but do you have videos for youth basketball(elementary age)? A lot of these seem too advanced. Specifically I'm trying to teach offensive Spacing/ movement, team defense, and passing
Have lots of videos that can relate, all of the small sided game videos can relate, if you are trying to teach that just simplify any and all of the small sided games I use for the younger players

great answer!!
My favorite drill from this video is the two foot creativity challenge as attacking the rim with 2 feet is important in the college level
Definitely important skill at the higher level

Love it!! very true

My favorite drill was the change of speed finishing. As it helps me become more unpredictable with my finishes and throw of my defenders timing.

My favorite drill is the make 4 floater drill, it challenges your focus while also incorporating variability
💯💯

great drill for sure!
I really like the make 4 floaters in a row drill. Challenging your floater consistency with some variability.
Hell yeah 🔥🔥
My favourite is the two foot creativity challenge cuz I’m a two foot jumper
Hell yeah, see if you can get over 20 different variations of finishes
I liked the changing ball in midair which I like doing but need work still on it.
great get to work on it!
