A few months ago, we made a video on the responsibilities of a CEO, and I realized now that I never really covered how I manage to get everything done.
To me, the role of a CEO is mainly enabling your team, enabling them to fulfill and excel at their jobs. However, the company's situation often requires you to roll up your sleeves and lead projects yourself.
As our operation has grown, my time has become more and more scarce and more and more precious. I've come to a point where I choose what projects will truly need my involvement, and I delegate others and do my best to stay out of them.
In this video, I go over:
-What a typical day looks like for me
-The evolution of my tasks as the company has grown
    -The mistakes I've made, and
-The tactics I use to make myself more efficient

Yikes - revealing yet also very concerning. A standard schedule with less than five hours for sleep a day, followed by app ideas for how to deal with the memory lapses? This can not be healthy. Take care of yourself!

In five months you can adapt to it but i supplement with short naps during my morning trip or afternoon trip...its almost kinda hurts at first as your memory will lapse but whn you are put in a position to sleep fives hours...you some how just painfully manage

nobody needs sleep...rest is all we need.. don't get carried away from the health gurus & docs who want you to sleep for 'n' number of hours.. I am best at 4hr on weekdays and 6 hours on lazy weekends, ie, given I had best lifespace (with least or no pollution, good food, and healthy environment, which is mostly ideally.. so we all became sick and needed 8hr sleep, which is a thumbrule prescription for sick people).

@@ElectrifiedStud The science says otherwise. I'd highly recommend reading 'Why we sleep' by Matthew Walker, a respected sleep scientist. Generally human beings should operate on a spectrum of 6 to 10 hours of sleep. Getting structurally less than those 6 hours is highly correlated with becoming more prone to developing conditions like Alzheimers, certain types of cancer, cardiovascular problems, and obesity as per several clinical studies referred in the book.
