Reminds me of the 1944 war movie set in the town of Chillingbourne.
Just subscribed to your channel & have placed an order for this Dads Army J.Jones wagon. Can't wait for it to arrive, thanks Kevin
Received my lovely model today. So pleased you purchased from Dapol where I used to visit annually when they ran a members club
Ordered. I look forward to adding the Jack Jones wagon to my layout in Australia. Certainly a long way from home!
The birth dates of Perry and Croft.
That’s wicked Tom. I can see a green Green Grocers one coming next.
Well done Tom looks great mate 👍
Champion job. Well done!
Tom that looks amazing well done 😂
Thank you Diane :D
I think I've cracked the code in the numbering... Jimmy Perry and David Croft's respective birthdays....??
All ordered. Love the loop holes!!
So my mind went down various routes
Army service number - cant find it easily
Clive Dunn date of death - nope (RIP)
Reg plate to the van - nope
Interesting choice with the 'return to Eastbourne'
Think dates.... but not death
@@BuggleskellyStation hmmmm. thought of 100 years since dunns birth = nope (close though), nothing to do with a anniversary of the series or original film i can see. I feel like I'm going to kick myself when I find out.
@@treaderz18 think Perry and Croft
Birth dates of Perry and Croft?
Didn't see this coming Well done Tom
Brilliant, order placed and hoping they prove popular enough for many more - masive Dad's Army fan, thank you for the work you have put into this, I know it must have taken a long time.
Looks nice Tom not sure if it is for me yet.😮
I've got a new Will Hay related wagon to announce too - probably next month now ;)
🤔😁 oh no just when I was getting straight at the bank.🤣🤣
JUST TAKE MY MONEY
Looks at the price:
Eehh I shall see
Yep the license takes a cut and the livery is complex so they're not cheap :)
Excuse me, question: have you thought of narrating US style, like what Ringo Starr did in most of the first two series?
Can i ask you one question, do you mind narrating for this series
I think the numbers are to do with the number of Jones shop and the running number the phone number of the church hall?
Nope but good idea!
Hi would you do something representing Dad’s Army or any of the Croft shows, It Ain’t Half Hot Mum, Hi-de-Hi!, Are You Being Served? (Grace and Favour), Allo ‘Allo!, You Rang M’Lord and appropriately Oh Doctor Beeching! I have not chose Oh Happy Band, Come Back Mrs Noah, Here Comes the Queen and Which War to the War as I am not sure how they can be represented.
