But the channel needs to cover the entire full portion. I mean all around area of this Beautiful Home.

All the points are 100% correct. Because I also built my house twice - same place but extended. Everything is really modern, except first floor design which could have been little better. That is dining inside the kitchen is bit unusual. Similarly the first floor look is not same as ground floor. But overall awesome house.
