The One Piece series premiered, and with it, Luffy of the straw hat finally received a live-action version and was introduced to the world beyond the pages of the manga and its own anime.
Luffy's main power is to become rubber, and thinking about it, I decided to bring you some characters who have this power and how strong they are. There are many characters who can stretch, so I brought the main ones. Besides, I'll comment on this throughout the positions, but I'll also clarify at the beginning.
The characters here will be evaluated according to their stretching powers, with the ability to stretch their limbs. I'm commenting on this because some of the characters that will appear on the list have elasticity as a secondary power. So, if we take this character and put him in the whole work, he would be much higher, but that's not what I'm counting on; it's his stretching power. With that clear, we can start the list.

@@crimsongrims5925 no he’s still not. Plastic man can change the density/mass of his body and luffy can’t. Plastic man also has complete control over his body down to the molecular level

@@crimsongrims5925he went toe to toe with fernus who is a Martian, so when he used his full abilities it could be a problem, burying or throwing plastic man away from him would be best solution cause he won’t be able to keep him down
Why is Orochimaru so high on this list? Characters below him, like Mister Fantastic, can manipulate their body to such an extent to mimic objects, Orochimaru just has a bit of stretching going on. It's weird to put him on the list at all, I never would have considered him an "elastic power user", but if so he should be at the bottom.

This definitely gotta be a recency bias😅. I love Luffy & been reading One piece for 10+yrs but he isn't superior to Plastic Man. Dude is far stronger and way more adaptive in using his abilities.
Out of all of them mister fantastic is probably my favorite one.
Batman believes Plastic Man could survive a nuclear detonation. How is it Elasti Woman and Madame Rouge didn't make the list?
