That last 90 seconds are epic, but then to cut the music and just listen to the freewheel, the sound of the air rushing past and to watch you enjoying this epic trip - thats what cycling is all about and you captured what I can only imagine as the complete beauty of bike packing in a single shot.
Benny is such a great addition to your group. "We drop him. We drop him like a tart." Too funny! Love your videos Francis and glad you all are feeling better.
Francis has had some excellent riding partners on his many trips, but this may be my favorite entourage. The repartee is delightful, and Benny is a wonderful addition!
The logistics of riding, eating, washing, filming, editing etc etc are massive but very much appreciated, glad you're all starting to feel better. Thanks
Love the practical illustration of aero at 10:00. Similar rider mass/size and bike loading. Downhill glide. One dude in a flapping shirt. Net aero loss… almost imperceptible.
This is one of the best intertaining videos I've seen in the last while! Really 5 stars... So, so good! please keep going with these vlogs/trip videos.
Benny has the right vibe to posting on YT. Tell him I'll subscribe. BTW, I'm a health professional and antibiotics screw up the GI intestinal flora (so does food poisoning). Get something probiotic, such as yogurt
UA-cam suggested episode one to me last night having never seen your channel before. Have to say, this is one of the best cycling series I’ve seen in a long time, great content with fantastic editing and music. How the heck you’re getting all this footage while also riding and, presumably, editing while you’re out there deserves an episode of its own. Subscribed and looking forward to going through your previous adventures.
So glad you are all feeling better. I was really worried you would have to cancel the trip due to illness. Great to see you all back to your silliness. Keep it up!
Benny seems like a dude I’d love to grab a beer with and chill! Lovin that shirt! I’ve always been hesitant to visit India because of the inevitable stomach bug everyone seems to get. But these vids are really making it super tempting. Looks like you boys are having a blast!
Great you all feeling better! Many comments saying they wouldn't travel in India as you were unwell. I say just go for it the country looks incredible. The people and food wonderful. Can get 'Bali belly' anywhere.
One of those days when the daftness descends, good to see Lawrence has recovered well and is back to pushing you, and you're looking much much better hopefully you're legs come back too.
After the trip I'd love to see a behind the scenes or a breakdown of how these episodes are filmed, that shot at the end was gorgeous! As well as the logistics of editing and posting mid-tour. Loving this series!
As someone who grew up in India but took up serious cycling only after moving abroad to Germany, this series has been such a blessing for me. Have been following all three channels and planned a cycling trip to Kerala (Munnar) when I am back for Christmas later this year. Love your videos.
Benny is hilarious so would love to see some content from him, he has been a great addition to the team. I kinda don’t want you all to get to the end I’ve enjoyed watching you all so much. Glad everyone is on the “road” to recovery ❤
Benny looks so great in that shirt! Could be the start of a new, better post-lycra, post-micro plastic, landfill, overly aero/performance focused/anti-fun era. Really hope so!
Give a medal to whoever designed this route map. I've been on a bike on the flat highways as well as parts of this climb-y mountain stretches you guys are going through. On my bike. This route connects you with the best scenery, the nicest people and the most awesome memories... The highway traffic doesn't give a rats *ss about cyclists. Oh... And next time you get that white liquid - the one with the meals, have it!!! It'll actually help your stomach :)
Great to see you all back to normal again (I’m sure you don’t feel it though) must be a relief to be getting over all that sickness . Nothing worse than being unwell away from home let alone on such a demanding trip. We all really appreciate you guys uploading your videos each day - can’t imagine how much of your ‘rest time’ you use for editing. This is compulsive viewing each evening for this 72 year old cyclist. Oh, what I might have done if I was a bit younger. Still I’m experiencing it through you guys. By the way, how did you meet Benni? He’s such a cool guy.
(maybe) not a Coincidence but I had my food poisoining while doing the tour in Ooty. Had a shot of IV and yes Azithromycin as the necessary antibiotic. Great that you guys have/are recovering. Looking forward to the trip. Am excited as I fly down from London to Bangalore next week.
Internet was not widespread in 1992, but it was around. I was using it working in the Electronics Industry beaming chip designs between Manchester, Japan and Oregon.
I had to use hardcore antibiotics in the past and they really did suck the life out of me. I dreaded having to take them every morning because I felt like I was slowly dying. I cannot imagine getting up and doing a 80K+ every morning while on antibiotics.
Yep. Azithromycin is commonly used for atypical infections, including chlamydia and gonorrhoea. So this is probably all the gonorrhoea being purged from your body.
Just randomly all channels have been great. But all 3 channels for an experimental purpose put the exact same for 1 up and see the chat back You all must look at each others before posting so no crossover Very jealous of this great content and better looking ride/tour cheers
Lol its so weird to watch you guys go into any old hotel for food, my folks would never let me eat in these random places, thats how you get the shits!

Should be a hard and fast rule… every epic ride MUST include one host nation team mate. That’s the topper for an already great formula.
I thought and am still pretty sure they “dropped him like it’s hot”
Drop it like it’s hot 😂
@@Kacky_Ken Hahaha! Knowing my hearing that is probably correct. It makes more sense anyway. Too funny, laughing at myself. 🤣
Snoooooppp Dogggg….drop it like it’s hot
That shot of the descent is absolutely epic. It almost feels as though you’re right there with the guys. Wonderful series, even better editing.
Also appreciated the quiet freehubs...
Francis has had some excellent riding partners on his many trips, but this may be my favorite entourage. The repartee is delightful, and Benny is a wonderful addition!
More energy! More passion!
More energy! More passion!
Benny is just the best! Effortless and way too cool…the Cuban shirt looks so cool
9:08 more of these sequenzes please. Great music, great feelings
The logistics of riding, eating, washing, filming, editing etc etc are massive but very much appreciated, glad you're all starting to feel better. Thanks

Watching that decent at the end of the video fullscreen on a 4K monitor here was just awesome!
I love all of you guys, but Benny is the absolute star of this series 🤩🤩🤩. Fantastic stuff. Keep it up.
This is one of the best intertaining videos I've seen in the last while! Really 5 stars... So, so good! please keep going with these vlogs/trip videos.

Glad to see everyone back on their feet! Stay safe guys.
Absolutely loving this trip and god what a sequence to end this episode on with Benny and Lawrence.....just class!!!
That’s the most chipper I’ve ever seen Lawrence. Life!
Enjoy the rest of your ride, guys, and stay safe.

Ben is the best tour guide you could have ever got , such a nice guy ❤
The shot at the end is emmy material. Straight out of the Top Gear specials.
💯%

Very excited to hear. I subscribed to Benny’s channel when you guys started riding. I’m fascinated to see his take on this epic.
So excellent! Love the group vibe. Glad everyone is on the mend. Love the music too!
Great you all feeling better! Many comments saying they wouldn't travel in India as you were unwell. I say just go for it the country looks incredible. The people and food wonderful. Can get 'Bali belly' anywhere.
It's the Bombay belly you have to worry about.
Just love this. What a journey 😊 and so glad you’re all feeling better. Benny Boom Boom is adorable. 🥰 brilliant stuff. Thank you 🙏🏻
One of those days when the daftness descends, good to see Lawrence has recovered well and is back to pushing you, and you're looking much much better hopefully you're legs come back too.
Happy to see you guys back up and running. Watts will come back soon too. Looking forward to the big days ahead.

Lawrence in good spirits lol ... attaboy
Thank you ❤

My advice would be to drink coconut water.....does wonders when you are weak from stomach problems
Glad the band is back together on the road - fab series and Benny is a 🌟 loving the series lads.
You've been a trooper dealing with that misery. Hope you get your mojo back before the end of this trip. Love the edits and now 4 different takes!
Good to know you and Lawrence are feeling reasonably better😊
Good stuff. I await each episode with bated breath. Fabulous work sir.
Benny looks so great in that shirt! Could be the start of a new, better post-lycra, post-micro plastic, landfill, overly aero/performance focused/anti-fun era. Really hope so!
tapped in about halfway in the series, loving it so far!
Great series! I look forward to it every day. The editing is fantastic!
Yall are my go to when I start watching UA-cam.

Oh... And next time you get that white liquid - the one with the meals, have it!!!
It'll actually help your stomach :)
After watchin these 7 episodes, i get it why Francis loves cycling in Asia so much. It is almost all downhill overthere.
Finished with a Chris Hall style downhill clip.. nice. 🤘
How cool was cruising down that mountain road.
The long short from the descent was magnificent!
The cinematography on these are so good.
Glad you are returning from deaths door! Footage of the downhill is terrific, feels like I'm drafting.
So so happy to see all 4 of you healthy and strong. Cheers and have a bloody good one !!!!!!!

Really enjoying the vlogs from all three of you Francis. What a great trip (minus the illness) you guys are having.
9:23 seeing lawrence passing the lens like that gave me anxiety for a moment
Great that you are able to recover within a day
I got the poops in Goa, couldn’t face sunlight and lived on Naan and mushroom soup for 3 days… memorable honeymoon
That sounds right about the antibiotics. The one I had to take made me feel like I was going to faint when I was in the sun.
Love that the Pringles are still rolling🥔
What a team. Thanks for the video and keeping it real. Take care, Al
good to know everyone is feeling better. Will you guys be making it to North Goa? would love to join you’ll for a bit of the ride.
Thanks Francis , "Bennie boom boom " is hilarious , and , "strong cages ?? " Whoa , runnnn.

Best yet. You guys are epic.
good stuff gents. glad you're all feeling better
That descent looked mint!
I hope Benjamin releases his Boo Eee Ooo on Spotify!
Absolutely loving this series!
But 7 episodes in and there’s been basically no talk about the bikes themselves 😂. (Minus Laurence losing his battery).
I enjoy the humility of everyone helping each other and not being like BRO DIY.
Benny keeping the rim brake dream alive 🙌
I’m glad you’re feeling better.
I'm glad you're all feeling better, but mainly Lawrence. I was very worried about him.
I'm surprised at how good the road surfaces look, not just on today's route but throughout. They definitely look better than British roads!
British roads, when have they been good?
@@EditioCastigata 1952! They were brand new! 😂 😂
And German roads
@lucaschirmer1848 Deutsche Straßen sind viel viel besser als britischen Straßen! Das kannst du mir glauben! 😂
That Van Rysel helmet is 🔥
The road surfaces look great , better than UK?
Internet was not widespread in 1992, but it was around. I was using it working in the Electronics Industry beaming chip designs between Manchester, Japan and Oregon.
Glad you’re being better guys but please please please be careful what you eat and drink for the rest of your trip.
my daily highlight 🤩
"We've lost it" - oh I believe that.🤣
We didgeridoo wanna hear more didgeridoo backed soundtrack mashups.
Benny is so fun🙌🏻
Did you borrow that random dude's ronin for the end sequence? Super smooth
Could never afford it love that you guys show me how it would be lol
happy you're not Down with the Sickness anymore
Ohwah ah ah ah
Love that shirt.
Benny's humor and physicality fits into your ride group mix too well. Solid! Jai!
I had to use hardcore antibiotics in the past and they really did suck the life out of me. I dreaded having to take them every morning because I felt like I was slowly dying. I cannot imagine getting up and doing a 80K+ every morning while on antibiotics.
5:10 proof that Ben can pull off any look.
Yep. Azithromycin is commonly used for atypical infections, including chlamydia and gonorrhoea. So this is probably all the gonorrhoea being purged from your body.
Benny is the coolest dude!
Benny is a gem
Very curious what y'all are using to film this. I know there's an Insta360x4, but not anything else. Also very curious about the bikes y'all riding
You stopped in dogland at the end...brave
lawrence remains the loml. come to the east coast of the USA, lawrence!
Benny is a legend
I would be crazy with these absurd honks
🎵 Good times Good times
There's gonna be
Good times Good times 🎵

Can you live on packaged food for the whole trip? That’s seems to be the hardest challenge
I mean it looks cool but how is that camera lense on the back doing over such a trip?
Epic!!!!!
Lol its so weird to watch you guys go into any old hotel for food, my folks would never let me eat in these random places, thats how you get the shits!
Man, I dont know whether you can see this ,but try to buy some protein bars(sealed of course), if you can't get from food, get from nutrition .
Francis, do you realize that if you and Lawrence were born in the States you would be Frank and Larry? Just a random thought.
