The police talking to businesses ? Your asking businesses to basically monitor their possible customers. What could go wrong ! If the police want better outreach, start with neighborhoods and the" yutes" . Talking to people on the streets as an equal. Joking around with kids . Let people know they're not adversaries. They are a resource for unity.
