I wish others would be what you do. I feel completely alone. No ministering. The Church talks about community. I don't get to Church because I have health problems, no transportation, no church clothes. I am a burden to anyone to take me and my oxygen to Church, so no one does it. I love Volcano National Park. I used to go back when I was well. Now, I'm all alone. No friends, no family. I get more depressed every day. Bless you for making time for others. I wish you were here to help me.
I wish I was there to help you! I really hope that your Relief Society President can help you find a way to get to church and encourage your ministering brothers and sisters to get to see you!
Unfortunately, the further I looked for disciples of Jesus, the further my search led me to those outside the church. Almost no one in the church believes the doctrine of the Book of Mormon anymore, they all just cling onto the vain and flattering words we hear every general conference.
I promise you that as you minister to others, angels will minister to you. Give your whole self to become like Christ. In everything you do. Then people will be sent to lift you up and provide what you lack. But unless you are fully converted in every thought and deed, you will not recognize these helpers when they come.
Question to ponder: think of all the angels in the scriptures who minister to people. Ask yourself, how many of those cases were written in hind sight? And how many of them announced themselves as angels when they delivered the message? How many were identifiable as angels at the time of their message? It’s a question worth digging into.
I understand that to a smaller degree. We don’t have any family that we can turn to either. Thankfully, we do receive rides when needed, all though one couple in particular seem really upset with us most of the time. Few understand our needs and situation, and no one but God truly understands. And we came from a ward where we were treated like outcasts, the subject of gossip, or otherwise different, particularly my Mom. It can be really, really frustrating and disheartening. I do testify that the Church of Jesus Christ is perfect, but yeah, the people in it can make life so much more difficult… and I’ll admit that I’m guilty of that sometimes… I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I don’t know about you, but for me, it can be hard to see the ideal. On the one hand, you’re grateful that it exists and blesses other people, but on the other hand, it hurts that it eludes you. I wish you all the best, and I’ll pray for you. ❤
Hey there, I just want you to know you are a precious and valued child of God. Your worth is so great, and you are loved so deeply.
I know this, because of two things, First, if you weren't so important, satan wouldn't try so hard to destroy you, and second, because you are the apple of His eye, Jesus spent agonizing time suffering with you in Gethsemane so He could know personally the heartache, pain, and despair you are going through, just so He could know how to help and be a comfort to you, not to mention He gave up His life, just so He could make a way for you to be with Him.

Dear, Whoever you are. I also have very serious health problems. I live in a Wherlchair or I am bed bound.
I have missed much Church due to this and wish it could be on Zoom again, at least. My Aide company does not get me up on time to go, so, I guess I'm luck to live in an apartment building with others. Thinking Bout their needs and doing that plus reading my scriptures, multiple prayers, etc. There are so many ways to serve the Lord. On those rare occasions when I can take the bus or get to church somehow, I am soo rejoicing!!! I challenge you, sweet sister to talk to your Bishop and see how many would love to take you to church, if they knew. God Bless You and I Love You. Thank You for Sharing Your Story. ❤

Thank you for sharing this. It's amazing how simple ministering can be, and yet, sometimes we never even think about it until we decide to be intentional. I find myself making it into this huge undertaking when really, just reaching out to someone else is all that's needed. That's how Jesus lived - ministering to the one. It was great hearing your experiences.

Thank you for sharing your journey! It is cool how much the Lord values small and simple things. He wants us to succeed and we can when we just take it line upon line.
I choose you Jesus over anything in this world. Jesus, lift me out of my debts and provide me financial stability so I can provide for my children. As a single parent things are hard on me both of my sons are autistic. I’m constantly struggling to provide for them. I suffered an heart attack and I’m battling lupus. Father God hear my prayers. I constantly struggle to pay my bills and struggle to provide groceries. BUT I KEEP FAITH. Even though I want to give up. FAITH over fear is the only point of my message. Love and compassion is the only way. God your words give me encouragement. I praise you Father even as I fear homelessness please continue to give me strength. You have provided this far Heavenly Father and for that I’m so grateful. Praise God! ❤
You have been trusted with 2 great souls, Your Sons. I cannot even imagine your Struggles! You have publicly reached out to God and I feel that by so doing, you have Many of those of us who have read this NOW PRAYING FOR YOU and YYOUR SONS!! I am only One of them. When we do services for others, we know we usually make people happy, if done heartily God's blessings will come, we'll then will atually overcome selfishness, realize more of our weaknesses and mistakes in life, grow closer to God each day then be blessed to be with Him someday after this life if we'll be patient, overcome life's trials and endure. God is happy with your achievements! You are doing that which is right, keep up the good works!

You did what our Heavenly Father wants us to be doing all the time. With each passing day, you were becoming more and more like our Savior, when you were serving others. Because you were serving others, you were being blessed as well. Good for you ! 😁👍
AMEN!!! You cannot Serve Others Without Serving Yourself. That is what it means when it says we can Never Repay our God. We do one thing that has been asked of us and it becomes us! It Rubs off on us. We Grow so much! God Bless you Brother in you Ministering!

Looks like I'm gonna have to do this challenge. I paused the video before the end and said if this guy invites me to do the same 30 day Challenge at the end of this video, I would do it. Sure enough, he did. Pack my bags and let's go!
I believe after you reach a point in your life by being able to love one another like the Lord commanded us to do, somehow it changes your life almost overnight it seems. You see things totally different through a different lens. Serving people everyday somehow or another every morning you wake up seems to be more exciting then before. It's like the spirit of the Lord is with you every hour of the day and you feel that piece we all look for in life. I believe wholeheartedly it's all based on repentance and love for our Lord Jesus Christ. The Crucifixion and the Resurrection made it all possible for each of us to heal mentally and spiritually.
Excellent! Getting outside of yourself is a great way to combat depression.

great example. I find myself on the phone alot when I used to talk alot more to people. This made me think about the importance of changing some bad habits that have crept into my life!
