My fiancée and I; religiously watch your channel every Saturday morning. If he has to work we both watch it in the evening before dinner..!! We started watching you in June, as a precursor to our visit to Lanzarote last August to the Barcelo hotel. We are five months avid fans. Your attention to detail, and vibrant bounce with concise information is gratefully appreciated. Thank you so much for your insights. Lorraine and Jon. XX
Hi Mike arrived last Sunday, sailed through security and immigration and bags come out so quick,no ques for taxis, never in all years got through airport so quick 😊
Thanks Mike, another interesting insight into the upcoming events on the wonderful island of lanzarote. We are currently visiting family and enjoying the weather away from the weather in blighty. Looking forward to spending Christmas and the new year back in lanzarote. Regards Chris UK.
Another great update from you, many thanks for these, you're our favourite source of news here👍 A random question, your sound is great, and I see your mic is dji. Where did you buy them please? I would like one for my UA-cam recordings
I have a mic 2, which I bought from Francisco Foto in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and a pair of Mic 1’s, which I ordered direct from DJI. I suspect some places on the island now stock them, but at the time nobody did. I’ve seen the DJI cameras and drones in Worten, so you might be able to buy the mics there now.
That meat looked delicious 😊 making me very hungry 😋 thank you for sharing all your information. Sad news about 2 deaths, but what a way to go at 81 swimming on holiday, not being disrespectful speaking for myself.
The double surname tradition stems from the era when the spanish royal rulers wanted to impose strict catholicism and expelled the jews from Spain. Thus it became important (and required) for citizens to prove their catholic ancestry by carrying the surname of both the father and the mother.
Interesting and I didn’t know that, thank you. I remember a relative of a local politician here, no longer with us, and his surnames were Martín Martín. His parents gave him the first name Martín. So his full names was Martín Martín Martín!
Excellent info channel , can you please bring to attention the bars and restaurants who illegally put on menus igic not included as well as those who add it to the bill when laws state igic tax must be included in prices advertised.

Could you please explain in one of your next videos the situation with Canal gestión and what consequences it will have for the water supply, if they 'leave the island'? We haven't lived here long enough to understand the details. Thanks a lot.
Canal Gestion are the company who have the contract currently to manage the island’s water supply. If they walk away from the contact, another supplier will be brought in to take their place.
@@LanzaroteInformation Yes thank you very much for the fast answer! That's what I've understand, too. Is there a possible new contractor? The quarrel is about financing the water supply and the necessary repairs, isn't it? So I suppose the water will become more expensive?
@@StefanieGropper If you’re asking me for an opinion and best guess, I’d say, no, I don’t think Canal Gestion are going to terminate their contract early, but if they do, The Cabildo’s Water Consortium will find a new contractor, and I don’t think the price of water will increase.
@@williammccann3265 It depends where you are coming from. If outside the EU, no, you need at least three months on your passport on your day of departure from Spain.
In Costa Teguise at the mo. Loving the peace and tranquility.
