Thank you in advance!
Your intro rhyme is memorable. Part of the reason I subbed. Plus I love metal
I just subscribed good sir love your reactions
Bro, I used to hate Korn. Then when they released their album ISSUES, I was like, ok they're pretty good, then I saw them live at the arrowhead pond in Anaheim in February of 2000, I was blown away, and never turned back. I've now seen the. 26 times and will keep seeing them as long as their around. If they go to a spot where you can go, I'll buy your ticket
Make me Bad is my favorite Korn song.
Omg yesss, i love that song❤️
Mine too
YESSS finally someone agrees 🥰❤
Mine too I waited ages from them to play it again live and they turned it into a keyboard heavy version I don’t really like
same
Top 3 KoRn songs for me:
1. Blind
2. Clown
3. Cold
get this up to 500 likes people!!! we need more KoRn
Mine for me is:
1. Falling Away
2. Here to Stay
3. Got the Life
@@sigurdsnek5644 My top 3 KoRn songs for me 1. Here To Stay 2. Trash 3. Thoughtless
Right now is on my lost
When I bought Untouchables (It starts with this song) I remember thinking "Is it supposed to sound like this?" and turning up the volume... And then getting destroyed when the rest of the band came in hahaha
🤣💯💯
Since you're getting into KoЯn, well there's no way around it. Eventually, you'll have to listen to Daddy. It's long. It's painful. Go with it. It's why many KoЯn fans are so grateful for this band and JD. It's one of the reasons he sings so much about depression, anxiety and other issues (which too many of us know).
@Heather ...Where did you find the backwards R text?
Bro how did you do the backwards r
The music video from ‘Black is the soul’ is my favorite one from Korn. The production value, the message and of course one the best songs off of serenity of suffering. I instantly got the meaning of the video and liked how it unfolded.👍
From Nevada. Korn: Freak on a Leash, Here to Stay, Cold
Shoutout Nevada 🔥🔥
You'll be crazy about the music video Falling Away From Me , this video and song is insane :D #KoRN
Seen them in concert 4 times now and they never disappoint! I've see this song played live several times and it's always amazing. They opened the last concert I saw of them with this song, back in February.
I know it gotta be crazy to see them live 🤯🔥🔥
They don't know how to disappoint
I'm from India, and I've been a Korn fan since I was 8 years old, listening with my elder brother. I'm 21 now.
My favorite Korn songs, in no particular order: Freak On A Leash, Make Me Bad, Blind, Rotting In Vain, Cold, Harder, Falling Away From Me, Got The Life, Dead Bodies Everywhere, Pretty, Here To Stay, etc.
Can we all agree that Korn has a ton of classic songs!?
Big shoutout to India 🇮🇳💯 Korn is fire bruh I can rock with them 🔥
@@RAHONLYFAM Yeah they're so unique and nake really good music! Even if you're not reacting to anymore of their songs, definitely listen to them in your spare time!
Starting over, that's a Korn song 🖤
here to stay will always be one of my favorite korn songs, i’ve been listening to them since i was 6 or 7 and they’re the band that has helped me get through a lot, jonathan puts a lot of emotion into the lyrics he writes and isn’t afraid to show those emotions either. i hope i’ll get to see them live since they’re touring right now!
Korn has been my favorite band since the mid 90s. They still are to this day. They came out with their 13th album recently and it's still just as good as it always has been.
My favorite three songs
Clown
Thoughtless
Idiosyncrasy
From Paraguay! Heart of South America! Thanks for this reaction
Top Korn songs (my favorite, top 3 is so hard lmao)
Note: Your foot tapping is along with the drum beat and just over tempo of the song.
1. This Loss
2. Here To Stay
3. Falling Away From Me
4. Cold
5. Surrender To Failure
6. Got The Life
7. No Place To Hide
8. Good God
9. H@rd3r
10. Darkness Is Revealing
11. Rotting In Vain
12. The Hating
13. Insane
14. Freak on a Leash
15. Divine
Picture summoning the emotion to cry at the top of your lungs every performance over the length of a tour. His vocals are so fucking primal not that the accompanyment doesn't capture the whole feeling.
You should 100% do the song Black is the Soul by them. I'm 33 and been a fan since 1999 so you can trust me.
If you're good at keeping the beat but don't want to do the drums you're probably looking to go into the bass. It's really strong in this song so it's probably what you were hearing. The bassist is a big component of keeping everyone on beat and in time, along with the drums. I tried out the bass myself when I was younger, but I didn't have the dedication needed to actually be good.
They still tour. I saw them in August 2019. They are insanely good live
Gotta be crazy to see live 🤯🔥🔥
Just saw them live last month for the second time, always worth going to see!!! They're awesome in every way
Wait....did they make an edited version of this video?! The original I remember back in the day looked like this but also had a bunch of cuts to broadcasts of war, brutality, explosions, surgery, etc and then close ups to the kids face and eyes as he watched it all throughout the video. The violence is even reflected in the kids eyes at the beginning instead of the band. Great song. This album was always in my 5 disc cd player at home when I was an angsty high schooler. It still hits today.
Huge KORN fan. First time here great reaction. Love the positive energy!
This is my fav KORN song along with "make me bad". Glad you've discovered them
What you're hearing is the high hay cymbal, with the single bass drum, with David's double pedal. Korn uses 7 string rhythm guitar, lead guitar and Fieldy's 5 loose-string/ slap/pluck technique bass guitar. That's east you're hearing.
They still on tour, no worries!! Here to Stay is one of my favs by them!!!
This song is an AMAZING song to play on bass!!!
I saw Korn here in Oregon right before the covid problem. They are great live!
Just saw them live last night! So good!!
Love that u dig korn but i really want u to react to falling in reverse❤️😘
Adding to my list! I got u 💯
Hey bro I’ve been ripping through these react videos. You got a genuine perception of music it’s dope.
You ain’t gotta post them as reacts, but you already know how dark and cold Korn can be.
But there’s a couple songs that’ll trip you out and their true meanings.
Justin - off of their 3rd album “Follow the Leader” (a kid named Justin got his dying wish from the Make A Wish foundation to meet Korn. They were so tripped out as to why he wanted to meet them, and the kid was so content with dying. So Jonathan made the song about him.)
Pretty- off of the same album “Follow the Leader” (this one is the darkest IMO. Jonathan was an assistant at a morgue at 17-18yrs old. He saw a young girl come in about 11 months old or so, with her legs broken behind her like a rag doll, raped and thrown onto the bathroom floor by her own father. Jonathan says it still fucks with his head to this day.)
Daddy- off of their 1st album, self-titled “Korn” (this one is pretty bad, Jonathan was molested by a family friend, and tried telling his parents who never believed him. This song was recorded live in studio, and told the band to keep playing no matter what. Jonathan has a mental breakdown at the end of the song, rather disturbing...)
I’ll reiterate, this info is for you or anyone that likes to get the full spectrum of the band and it’s songs/meanings. As dark as it is, the song and their meanings have a twisted beauty to it. Music is art!
Damn preciate that bruh, I can check these out fasho. Music is art 💯💯💯
This reply is on point. Every song comes from a dark place. Any artist than can take that pain and put it out into the world leaving themselves vulnerable is a credit to the set of grapefruits Jonathan has.
Yes Korn definitely still tours....I've seen them Live 4 times and they never disappoint.
🔥🔥🔥
One of the best live bands ever !
I fw this reaction , Subscribed !
Korn “Twisted Transistor” is a must! It slaps on so many levels, but that video…EPIC! I’ll name drop one person…Snoop, you’ll see why. Can’t wait for your reaction 😂💯
Lmao God damn it.
*Opening of the song plays*
*someone who doesn't listen to metal*: "Is it supposed to sound like this?"
Gets me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. 🤣
Repping Jersey. I got to see them live in Camden a few years back. Korn been my favorite artist since high school. My favorite songs are:
1.Love Song
2.I Will Protect You
3. Alone I Break
They still tour! Going strong!
Nineteen reaction videos for Korn so far.... I think you're almost ready for a reaction to "Daddy."
I know I say almost, but it's really up to you. It's not easy to listen to. I used to listen to it ritualistically all the time when I was a teen, but now.... I can't, but still love the song for what it is.
Edit: And yes, Korn is still touring. They're going around on tour this year, too.
You bet your bottom dollar they still tour! I got to see Korn play at Rocklahoma in 2022.🤘🏼
You seen A Nightmare Before Christmas movie? Korn did a sick version of Kidnap The Sandy Claws track from the movie!
If your timing is elite then bass is for you. Bass and drums are what gets that rhythm really rocking. And all great bassists have incredible timing.
From Maine! Top 5 fav Korn hits are
Black is the soul, its me again, a different world, thoughtless, and make me bad!
Shoutout to Maine 💯💯
@@RAHONLYFAM thank you brother🤘✊
You’re hearing the BASS guitar
Kerns best ever performance was at metallicas Icon awards, they did a cover of metallicas "one" in front of Metallica and it was THE hardest thing ever witnessed.
Falling away from me
Adidas
Probably my favorite three but honestly ,their first 4 albums were masterpieces and I cant really choose
YES!!!!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SEE THEM LIVE! EXCELLENT!!!!
Korn is the BEST to see live 💯 definitely go, you won’t regret it
Korn - Thoughtless. What you're hearing is a 7 string guitar that's been tuned 1 step down. It's madness.
🔥🔥
As a person who's always loved corn when I was a little girl I always thought that because he could hold a note he was like the r&B of alternative and that's what I call him the r&B of alternative because he can hold a note
1990 2000 metal and hip hop was so respect by all people. And what about lyrics and musicians.....
Thats right!!!
Fav 3 Korn song:
1. Here to Stay
2. Hater
3. Helmet in a bush
Honestly coming from a metal head it’s so great to see people that aren’t into it, enjoying the music
early Korn remains the best..however that song "narcissistic cannibal" grew on me too in later years...great band...them and deftones surely were some of my favorite '90's bands!!!
You could drum, I believe in you. Its Fieldys bass that bumps. I love his shiz. Keep being awesome yo.:)
Preciate u 💯💯
@@RAHONLYFAM yo, new sub here. I appreciate you man. Just found you the other day, and been loving what I've seen. Keep em going, you been listening to all my favorite songs . Love it. Good job.
Love Korn 🖤 I've seen them live 11 times and met them a few times, cool fucking dudes.
🔥🔥🔥 that’s dope!
Fun fact. This video was directed by the Hughes brothers. They're the dudes that directed Menace II Society and Dead Presidents.
Really, that’s dope fam 🔥🔥
Aguante korn guachin!!!! Saludos de argentina!!!! 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
BBK, Seed, Ball Tongue, Faget, Hollow Life, Beat It Upright, Wake Up Hate, Swallow, Clown, Good God. Those are my top ten favorite KoRn songs.
It’s the bass! Yes! Fieldy is an incredible bassist!
Hiya! Coming Undone, Freak on a Leash and Make Me Bad. Keep on keepin on ; ) Oh sorry- from Washington State
Dude please do Beg for Me by korn. It is an underrated gem with one of their Phattest riffs bruh
Obsessed with korn.....any of their hits you cant go wrong!
Saw Korn at Rocklahoma 2019, they were amazing. Also saw Slipknot in Kansas city last year. Watch Spit it out live 2009 by Slipknot and the live version of korn blind at Woodstock if you want to see epic crowds.
I know it’s crazy 🔥🔥🔥
I'm originally from Connecticut grew up listening to rap in the 80's, listen to everything now. Infected rain is also a good band , same label as Jinjer. Mold, black gold, Orphan soul are some of their songs
If u like this bass, check out "Got the Life" live at CBGB
Blind from the live album... epic
What you hearing brother is the low end electric bass and the bassist aka fieldy is thumbing the shit out of it in a percussion style and that's his signature
If you want some motivation with the bass, check Primus.
'Lacquer head' or 'jerry was a...' are the best songs to start
I bet he’d lose his mind at Tommy the Cat lmao
My daughter is 11 years old, and her favorite korn songs are: Here to stay, Cold and Hey daddy....thank you for your reactions! you do a very good job and I really appreciate the involvement you show. I`m from Romania
You're keeping time with the high hat
Best most fun band on the planet AND they are coming out with another brand new album in Feb.
Check out first "Falling away from me", its a crazy song, then "Thoughtless" a masterpiece, finally comes the amazing "Lullaby for a Sadist", thank me later 😁
This song gave Korn it's second Grammy.
Day One!
💯💯
I have to add Did my time!!!!!!!! AWESOME song
Where can I buy your intro music?
You are hearing Feildy's slap bass. He his a monster. He plays bass like Noone else.
🔥🔥🔥
Idk if people know this but the video was directed by The Hughes Brothers from Menace To Society
A Standard 7 strings....heavy AF
If you want more Korn, Trash is a song you GOTTA listen to, has an incredibly catchy and explosive chorus which contrasts the rest of the songs subdued nature. Make Me Bad is a close favorite of mine because it’s a more emotional side to them you don’t see a whole lot. I also really enjoy Rotting in Vain, Blind (this song is what made Korn), and if you want a fun but also head banging tune, look no further than Y’all Want A Single
Preciate the list 💯💯
Black is the soul is a awesome song
They still tour, I had tickets to see them and Faith No More, but ya covid happened and everything got cancelled
Favorite 3 Korn Songs:
1. Here To Stay
2. Worst is on Its Way
3. Idiosyncrasy
You should definitely check out some of their newer stuff, like their singles "Rotting In Vain", "Insane", and "Cold".
Preciate that bruh, definitely will check it out 💯💯
TOP 3 KORN SONGS TO REACT TO
Daddy
Shoots and Ladders
Counting On Me
Johnathan Davis also has a solo project you may wanna do a react to when you get the chance. Try his song "What It Is".
KoRn is my favorite Band ever ❤️💪🤘💋
Top 3 Korn tracks ?? 👀
Bass !
1- Freak on a leash
2- Dirty
3-Oildale
seen em 3 times...besr ever
React to the songs of Korn´s new album The Nothing...amazing tunes like Cold, You never find me, Can you hear me...mmm every song in this record is fire
I like Don't let them throw me away.
If your on good at being on beat try the bass guitar. I'm the same way and also produce and play a little keyboard. I picked up the bass and was surprised how good I was after only a few sessions. Now I can even lay down natural sounding real bass lines on my beats.
I've seen them 26 times and bro if you see them live it will blow your fucking mind
And your watching the censored video, check out the uncensored version
Here to stay, Blind and ball tongue
Bass. Keeping time with that. Korn has good bass
Korn version of - word up
Yeah they still tore bro. Even gots a new album
Just found you today! Love ur reactions! Keep up the good and hard work. Continue to make videos like this. You should react to Korn - Rotting in Vain. You don't have to it's just my recommendation on something I think you would like I would want to see your reaction. Have a good day/night!
Preciate that fam! 💯 glad you’re enjoying the content 🔥 if you haven’t you can subscribe and hit the bell for notifications. I can def get that song on my list to react to, I rock with Korn 🔥🔥🔥
@@RAHONLYFAM No problem, I subscribed right when I first found this vid. It was the first time I saw your channel so I subscribed right away and I got notifications on 💯
Preciate it 💯💯
In all seriousness, my dream before I die is to learn to play drums specifically to cover THIS song.
You asked about the flys I am not sure but the lead singer used to work in a morgue before he was famous.
Korn have way to many songs to list a few. I would say you are keeping time with the bass.
If you want to learn one of their songs on bass try (Blind). The riff is pretty basic.
Check out Alice in chains as well they are grunge not nu metal but Layne may have the best voice in the last 40 years of music.
There's yer 500 likes. Little late but hey, made it
Korn- Right now,next...
