Hi I got a blood clot and my nerve got compress due to this both my left hand fingers loss grip and I loss power on my both hands now iam not able to do mortar functions with my Pams, fingers,got facial palsy on both sides now left side was recovered right side face cured 50 percent it's almost 40 days over now my question is how much time it takes to recover completely and I got synkinesis on left side face how to cure it i am just 40 suddenly I got this all please make video how to overcome fear, stress, anxiety and how to keep calm while recovering stage for people like me
