Also, was there an option to have this connect to a battery and/or solar panel? If so, how long would the fridge/freezer last on the battery?
@@joekiwi200 hardly any, these fridges have circulation fans, if it gets to hot they kick in

My mans, what are F1-3 in the menu? To enter this setting i pressed and held the + - simultaneously while the fridge was operating. From here you press power to cycle through F1 - 3, you press + or - to change the F1, 2, 3 value.
Can you also say what the M on the LCD is in reference to? Max mode? Is there any way to cycle max or Eco mode on the current 20L fridges?

The M on the screen refers to medium mode for Battery Protection Level I’m quite sure
So just found out that it is thermostat control/temp difference.
So fridge set at -2
F1 fridge will kick in at 1 deg difference so -1
F2 2 degrees diff so 0
F3 3 degress diff so 1

I'm looking to buy one of these to replace my ebay Taurus fridge that throws error codes constantly. Why even make a fridge with a bloody computer in it? How much warranty comes with this 50L fridge? No way will I buy one without knowing that a faulty unit will get replaced.

If you’re using a normal car cigg socket do you have to turn it on every time you start the car?
It should start up when it gets power into the 12V socket of the fridge, after the first time it's been used - but it is worth checking if you're relying on your fridge to keep your food fresh!
