We should not consider that person that "pretend to be mental" just to skip NS as pretending. By he going to such extend just to down PES, it is clear that he had a problem mentally and is unable to follow the norm. Such people should not serve national service for the benefits of all of us.
I know a guy who had very mild anxiety but never had records of mental health problems. He served NS for 2 years, but he end up becoming depressed during NS and it got worse even after many years of completing his NS.

Do be very honest, NS is fine, the reason why people hate NS now is because we are so peaceful, and they don't see any threats coming, if our country is like south Korea where there is always a possibility of a fat man with rockets nuking the country then people would be more worried, for some reason Singaporeans always want something bad to happen then they either appreciate the help or peace they have, it's really fucking weird

National Slavery must be abolished, it is time to end the cruel legacy of Lee Kuan Yew!

NS - A societal debt inherited by every Singaporean son for which he has no control over.
