LOL
Posterior tibial is NOT strong enough to repeated hold JOINTS in place, nor does it have the proper vector of force
This is incorrect and I don't know where your bogus "35 years of experience" comes from but that does not change shit. Having scientific studies to backup your claims does, however. Flat feet can be corrected if it was acquired or not. Simple. It can however ALWAYS be alleviated by these exercises that strengthen and improve the muscles like the posterior tibial. By that improve function and improve the force absorption.
single leg dead lifts to strengthen your ankles from wobbling
nacho Garcia III I love to throw those in at the end of the rehab phase once they’ve developed awareness of how to use the muscles of their feet. Those are a great way to connect the foot to the hip
or hip to the foot which should is the end goal.
@@empowerhp That's good
No muscular effort will ever change a JOINT problem.
Hey Tim,
Thanks for the comment.
The strength of the soft tissue (muscles, ligament, tendons, and fascia) in the lower leg and foot is what supports the arch. Yes, your arch is made up of several joints in the foot but the strength of the soft tissue is what keeps it from collapsing. If you try the exercises in the video, you'll feel how to tension/strength of the muscles support/improve your arch. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Hope all is well!
@@empowerhp Horse shit: it is the angular relationships of the long axes of the leg and position of the Subtalar and midtarsal joints NOT muscles Where do you get this crap?
@@timyatcak3292 Research and clinical experience. Do yourself a favor and look up the responsibility of the intrinsic foot muscles.
