I enjoy watching speed runs that don't use glitches or exploits. it give me a chance to learn tips on how to improve my own gameplay. with that said, may I ask what the benefit of using bridge conveyors is over just using a regular conveyor?
Thanks! I use bridges before I have titanium conveyors unlocked because they are about the same speed as a titanium conveyor (around 11 items/sec) vs. a normal conveyor at 4 items/sec. You can see I fit about 3 normal belts into one bridge system, so I save time and resources using the bridges instead of drawing all the conveyors. Once I have titanium conveyors unlocked I mostly use those (until plastanium conveyors). But also there are even faster no-titanium methods I may use in future runs--using junctions, inverted sorters, and underflow gates

I watch these runs to see what techniques am I missing, and sure - I just learned you can draw a line of PowerNodes with a single click, as well as... recover derelict structures? Not sure how the second one works, but I always felt like it should be possible... Awesome work!
Hi, how do you control those Pulsars to cheese the Overgrowth level? Is the mechanic removed in the newest version of the game because I am not able to do so.
I use the middle mouse button to pan the camera, you can check in your settings what key it's bound to for you, and you can change it there to whatever you'd like. You can also hold shift while panning the camera to move it faster
Also you can make a thing like same as snek with junction and invented sorter it makes all items instantly goes for core you can use it in early game bcs it mixes cores around so much
yep that works great, although it's a little more time consuming to setup/build, also while the sorter is instant the junctions are only about as fast as a titanium belt. If you use a big scheme it would be fast to build but since it was a scheme-less run I felt the bridges were easier

Why every time you want to start a new sector there are many scheme options for your core? I played the android version, and at most it only had 3 choices. Is such an option only available for the pc version?
I've saved a lot of schemes that include the core, and these show up when you launch, but since it's a no-scheme run I didn't use any of them. Most are for pvp anyway
I use bridges next to turrets because they store ammo, about 30 items. If there are a lot of turrets they can run out of ammo fast otherwise. I think this is what you're talking about?

this was played on an older version of mindustry (v6) so you can't group the polys like that anymore. But now you can select them and give them various commands, like repair, assist player, etc, or tell them exactly where to go
@@fredorc90 using logic? good luck, there are some decent youtube tutorials for that, also a lot of mindustry discords where you can ask for help with logic. Personally I haven't done much coding, especially now that we have full unit control in v7!

If you mean abandoned structures you have to deconstruct those a bit and they rebuild them whithout having fully deconstructed they building

Yeah that mechanic was removed in v7, but now you can just directly control the units instead

Schems including the core only appear when it is less than 15x15 if i remember correctly.
