I like fiat ducato it very easy to drive a good vehicle to have but I don’t like Avan Motorhome.I bought from Avan Adelaide it nearly two year I have so much problems so many thing happened with the body it still under warranty but Avan Adelaide didn’t want to fix it, for the last one year I still waiting for them to repair the Motorhome faultiest builds and they send me to Kratzmann but Kratzmann now no longer have a contract with Avan , what can I do now? Hi Lieu, If your motorhome is still under warranty, we'd recommend contacting Avan directly. If you have no luck reaching out to the manufacturer, try the Consumer Watchdog, the ACCC, to discuss your options under consumer law.
I was quoted about $990 today by a Fiat Professional dealer in Sydney for a 12-month service (basically, oil change and filters)! Far cry from the $600 capped price Renault Master, or the 400-700 for the LDV!
