When I try and create this, my decal renderer only renders one decal at a time that teleports to the position of the most recent collision. Do you have any idea what could be going wrong? Thank you for the tutorial!

I figured it out. In the event handler properties I had to set Execution Mode to "Spawned Particles"
i can't find "Decal Color"node, idon't know why
That is weird, you should be able to get the 'Decal Color' node in the material editor. Which version of UE you are using?
