This is a VERY well done video. The layout of all parts with labels; the explanation; the post editing to take out unscrewing every bolt. Very fine quality.
I'm really impressed with the sound .... but the thing that got me is that rust free exhaust bolts that were so easy to unbolt... I have worked on multiple cars and rust free bolt always put a smile on my face
Milanmastraci - I have the Invidia Gemini and Berk High Flow Cats - fantastic combination and sound. If you want the best out of your Invidia Gemini - lose the factory cats - those thing are extremely restrictive... I used the Berk - no cells, perfect fitment, great quality, and hey have the support bracket as well. It was after adding the Cats that I noticed the greatest increase in engine performance and the exhaust sound was so much nicer...
To be honest with you SiR you know this already. You definitely need headers from Z1 motorsports. That's where you will really get some good numbers. Then you can take your car over to Dynamotorsports at 40 millwick DR, North York for a tune.
Best sounding will always be either a full motordyne exhaust system or art pipes/aam midpipe/aam resonated short tail combo... nothing is meaner than those. Or if you want brutal beefiness and have TT.. my setup is full 3 inch from the twins to a 3 inch dual AAM R line exhaust
What is the difference between this and the manzo beside in price and build quality? Or is that the only thing between the two because they look similar but are the not the same brand?
I have an axle back with test pipes with the remaining pipes stock and the in cabin noise is a bit too much. Would changing to the invidia quiet it down?
It all depends on your price range.. You can find good coilovers without breaking the bank. A set of BC racing coilovers are relatively cheap, and are very good quality. They are not a full blown set of race car coilovers, but they are terrific for the street and occasional track use. goo.gl/iR7bkw
So don't know much about exhaust systems but I would like to modify my car can you make a video of which system is safe without creating engine light or emissions problems? Thanks
You did a real bang up job on the video. I'm about to pick up my new 370Z . I plan to change the whole exhaust system to make it far less restrictive. Secondly I plan to improve the intake possibly with Stillen. Would like your thoughts on that. On a number of cars you can get a lot of improvement on performance if you have the ECU remapped. Do they do this for the Z?
Just installed this exhaust on my Z. Gives the car a perfect sound without being overbearing. The Z is not meant to sound like a ricer. Keeps the car classy and gives it a nice growl when you get on it!
The Invidia Gemini is an incredible system, I've just installed the same system on my 370z, along with a Z1 2.5" cold air kit and WOW what a difference, it sounds amazing without being overly loud, there's next to no drone and it's sooooo much more responsive, and this is on stock headers and cats!!
My uncle has the gemini on his 350zHR, it sounds good in person, the in cabin noise is really minimal too. But best sounding exhaust? Not imo, i know its overplayed but tomei is still number 1, (without the full system it doesnt give much power gains but its the lightest exhaust).
Does this exhaust drone? I want an exhaust system that is deeper in tone since the stock exhaust is so quiet but I don't want the drone. Any recommendations?
This doesn’t drone, it’s not deeper, it’s very slightly louder than stock. Barely any difference. Best sounding without drone is the GTHAUS, but it is LOUD when you stomp on it if you get the full catback. But even with the full catback it doesn’t drone much at all, almost none.
I recently bought test pipes and new megan y pipe with a turbo xs resonator for my G35. Im still waiting on it in the mail i hope it sounds nasty in a good way.
“Best sounding” is obviously subjective. I personally am looking at Motordyne for mine. But I’m sure that you’ll hear others say, Ark, Tomei, Fast Intentions, Armytrix are the best.
Not a lot of proven gains for the hassle and cost of them.... Check admin tunings channel for the most horsepower per dollar setups... they've explained in detail how the manifolds are negligible, at best, for any power gains... save yourselves the money lol
Ur previous set up with axle back muffler was too loud? I have base Z and it is too quiet. Porformance is not an issue with me and all I want is a little more deep tone and little more noise. I don't like too loud or drone noise Will axle back muffler be good set up for me?
Go to a muffler shop and delete the muffler it will sound great and cost u 100 bucks not loud but great tone. They just weld pipes on and weld ur old tips back on as well
Gemini gives you like almost no performance gain. It improves exhaust sound volume by like 10% while keeping stock tone maybe and you gain like 5hp. That's just what most real world owners have reported. You basically get Gemini if you want stock+1 but don't care about the gains.
Come on, what type of youtubber are you (your words) you didn't give us the before exhaust sound with your recorder set up before you started the project. I also didnt hear a discussion about the catalytic converter differences. I also didn't hear you talk about re-tuning.. Sounds really good though (no, not "sick", check your dictionary for proper usage) but I do wonder if and how much torque dropped at take-off range as there are limits a wider open exhaust pipe will assist your torque (gain) I also noticed you didn't talk about the differences in cabin drone
Great stuff man. I’ve learned a lot from you watching your videos. I have a 14’ Q60 S Coupe and am currently stock. With the help of your videos I’m now on BC Coilovers, SPL FUCAS SPL rear camber arms +bolts; and have gotten my fitment proper. Haha I recently purchased the Invidia Gemini CBE, and I have some Fast Intentions 300 cell HFC I’m wanting to pair with it. I hope I don’t have any fitment issues since the CB is 60mm and the hfc 2.5”. Anyway, can’t wait to see how it feels and sounds after the install. Keep grinding man 🙏🏽🫡
if you want to know the best sounding setup?..run Z1 non res test pipes, isr performance y pipe, enjuku racing mid pipe and pair it with short tails. check my cold start and revs @Ricebowl370z will post vid in A.M🔥
I have a 2017 BMW 330i. I only removed the resonator and muffler and switched em out for straight pipes and my God.... my car backfires and fucking roars now! Now I just need to tune it to adjust the ECU for the new exhaust output and also wanna give my car a less restrictive tune
Ugh, so unfortunate. Sounds better than stock but not by much. The Really need to figure something out. I swear aftermarket exhaust sounds can’t even compete with the likes of a stock. AMG or bmw.. or even an Audi. All it is is just deeper with a hint of burbles. But nonetheless man, great vid
Milan, Appreciate the informative video. My son has a Z and want to purchase the Invidia Gemini Stainless Steel rolled tips and replace his existing stock exhaust system. What is a good price to pay for the Invidia Gemini system? Blue skies, Jg
This makes me want to trade my FoST for a Z. I love the power and delivery of the engine in the focus, but there is no amount of modding that can make it sound good.
This is a longshot but does anyone know if you can fit AAM Short Tails on the Invidia Gemini? The muffler on the Invidia is ridiculous and definitely quiets it too much.
This is a VERY well done video. The layout of all parts with labels; the explanation; the post editing to take out unscrewing every bolt. Very fine quality.
I personally run Intel HD Graphics for an exhaust.
I Thirst Kill I prefer AMD Radeon graphics for my exhaust
i run Intel Iris Plus 😎

I run AMD

That's the same exhaust system i brought for my 370z 4 years ago.Still sounds and pulls great💯💯
Does it hurt your ears inside the car? How is it for daily driving? My exaust is a little too loud, its annoying
No the exhaust does not hurt my ears. It's my weekend car i drive it on sunny days only.
i love the deep sound of invidia
8:33 traction has left the group

Excellent job on explaining everything refreshing change from others who show the part then basically jump to driving scenes.
To be honest with you SiR you know this already. You definitely need headers from Z1 motorsports. That's where you will really get some good numbers. Then you can take your car over to Dynamotorsports at 40 millwick DR, North York for a tune.
Excellent job at describing this type of exhaust. I have a 04 Z33 that I want it to change to this exhaust.
Good video Bro. I switched out the stock catalytic for Kinetic Hi-Flo and found it's worth it.
Your exhaust set up is hella clean tho much respect
Thanks Frank! I want to change it up a bit this year 👍
Best sounding will always be either a full motordyne exhaust system or art pipes/aam midpipe/aam resonated short tail combo... nothing is meaner than those. Or if you want brutal beefiness and have TT.. my setup is full 3 inch from the twins to a 3 inch dual AAM R line exhaust
Tomie 🤷♂️
I have test pipes with the Invidia exhaust, it’s very loud compared to the OEM Nismo Exhaust as far as I’m concerned.
That’s actually a nice sound
I’m gonna get this even tho you said it’s quiet, throw it in with test pipes and I think it balance everything out
very comprehensive video. thanks.
Really good video bro
Tomei over everything👍🏼
I’ve tired invidia and aam short tails they sound Amazing but they were never loud enough for me so I sent it and got a TOMEI 🤘🏼
Im debating on invidia or tomei, how much better is the tomei?
still sounds good
thank you for making sense!
Very well done video
holy thats the exact sound i want !!!
What is the difference between this and the manzo beside in price and build quality? Or is that the only thing between the two because they look similar but are the not the same brand?
Great channel any check engine light came on?
okay but what are the two exhaust you pulled out before called?
Did this exhaust set up have more drone than the axle back set up?
Good informative clip dog, we've ordered a
Test pipes in February emission testing got cut in Canada 😛
I have an axle back with test pipes with the remaining pipes stock and the in cabin noise is a bit too much. Would changing to the invidia quiet it down?
The amount of faith you placed in the jack up front had me SO stressed….
Hey guys 👋 question?
What most sport suspention for accord and able to adjust.

So don't know much about exhaust systems but I would like to modify my car
can you make a video of which system is safe without creating engine light or emissions problems?
Thanks
As long as you don't tamper with the catalytic converters or O2 sensors, you shouldn't have any issues regarding engine lights/emissions.
If i go from stock to everything after market like you, is there any tuning i have to do or can i keep the car the way it is?
You need to tune it after you install all of those aftermarket parts for sure!
Man talk about a road to wrap yourself around a tree, sounds real nice though
What’s the aftermarket axial back mufflers called
Did you feel any difference in hp
Should I buy this for my 370z 09 touring ?
I love the sound of it on my Z! It is louder than stock, but not to the point where it sounds like the owner is still a child
Larger sized pipe equates to larger sizes fines.
Nice!!!!!
Strait pipe it will make it sound super loud
On vq's it's gonna sound like shit
Do you have aftermarket Cats?
Year?
My exhaust is AMD Radeon
I use my exhaust to mine bitcoin.
How bout intel one😞
😂🚀
Pentium4 here
You might need an upgrade lol
Just installed this exhaust on my Z. Gives the car a perfect sound without being overbearing. The Z is not meant to sound like a ricer. Keeps the car classy and gives it a nice growl when you get on it!
Couldn't agree with you more!
Test pipes next, do it! it'll open up a lot. Get the Motordyne ART test pipes, best sounding
He already has test pipes, are you blind?
Art pipes are a waste get z1
Max Zhukov oh yeah I remember him posting a video about it. Surprising he never mentioned it in this video
@C_dubbz _ I have mine with invidia test pipes and cat back in my video, can you find the difference. cause I find it sounds so bad.
C_dubbz _ well I’ve had several different test pipes and currently have the art pipes and they seem to suck
0:43 7:36
thanks dude
Too quiet for me
Its a V6 mate lol but i do have the same exhaust and is a little quite as well
Josue Ochoa doesn’t matter about a V6 my guy I know exhaust set ups that makes V8s sound like a 4Cylinder lol
@@dandredildy lol wanna hear my 4 banger 240sx? That shits loud as fuck sounds like a v8
Josue Ochoa did you notice performance gains or just better noise
I agree. Fast Intentions sounds way better.
My uncle has the gemini on his 350zHR, it sounds good in person, the in cabin noise is really minimal too.
But best sounding exhaust? Not imo, i know its overplayed but tomei is still number 1, (without the full system it doesnt give much power gains but its the lightest exhaust).
PR1NCETD0T tomei definitely not number 1. I have armytrix it sounds better
Tomei is good but the clearance is trash. Sits low and scrape

Quit Your Bullshit same

not the best sounding

armytrix
Shitbox 370 way too expensive then this one.
william liu yes and not natural
I recently bought test pipes and new megan y pipe with a turbo xs resonator for my G35. Im still waiting on it in the mail i hope it sounds nasty in a good way.
The aftermarket exhaust on the 370z song good when driving.
“Best sounding” is obviously subjective. I personally am looking at Motordyne for mine. But I’m sure that you’ll hear others say, Ark, Tomei, Fast Intentions, Armytrix are the best.
Motordyne is the way to go
The new exhaust that you put on your car reminds of the Nismo R-Tune catback exhaust it looks just like it but without the blue tips
Sounds good to me. Louder isn't better.
TheRealHeavyG exactly people try to make their cars as loud as possible but just because it’s loud it doesn’t mean it actually sounds nice
Same here bruhs
I am just in love with invidia
Agreed
you the best at explaning
I recently went from a full stock to aftermarket catback exhaust. Damn the sound is amazing.
Just installed invidia catback exhaust (with resonator delete) my 08 G35s 6speed! Sounds amazing and much more power ! Awesome content bro👍🏽💥
Install an aftermarket exhaust manifold
If you do, go with Z1, I'm a bit disappointed with the Motordyne in my G.
I think z's are so difficult to install exhaust manifolds because the engine bay is so tight
Not a lot of proven gains for the hassle and cost of them.... Check admin tunings channel for the most horsepower per dollar setups... they've explained in detail how the manifolds are negligible, at best, for any power gains... save yourselves the money lol
Top speed is actually a really good quality just had to add my 2 cents.
Installing mine tomorrow, Pro 1 version
Love you informative clip dog, for me the gain isn't important for this 62 year old and a nicer grumble is.
Ur previous set up with axle back muffler was too loud?
I have base Z and it is too quiet.
Porformance is not an issue with me and all I want is a little more deep tone and little more noise.
I don't like too loud or drone noise
Will axle back muffler be good set up for me?
Go to a muffler shop and delete the muffler it will sound great and cost u 100 bucks not loud but great tone. They just weld pipes on and weld ur old tips back on as well
Get the Motordyne setup! I'm running it on my G and my god it sounds amazing.
Motordyne gang💯
Hell yeah💪🏽
Full Motordyne setup on my Z and I love itttt
It’s about your personal preference. Tomei is the best system for the Z. Invidia is nice and ARK as well.
Great video, loved the details on the difference between the two systems and showing the install. Thanks!
lmao @9:11 is that a sign that's saying watch out for pedestrians that sprint across the road?
I think it sounds a little different but not much to justify the price just my opinion
Never been a fan of Invidia. My 350z has an Ark Grip and it sounds epic.. You shouldve put that on your Z.
Everyone don't want that loud tone, and drone...
Gemini gives you like almost no performance gain. It improves exhaust sound volume by like 10% while keeping stock tone maybe and you gain like 5hp. That's just what most real world owners have reported. You basically get Gemini if you want stock+1 but don't care about the gains.
fake news, you need test pipes and intakes or you're not gonna gain anything with any exhaust
Jesus Christ bro get yourself a creeper I’ll pay for the fuckin wheels and everything....
