Worst Mother Hubbard’s in the uk? Barnsley. Part 1 of 2

In October 2022 we tried our local branch of mother huddard’s fish and chips. We were sadly disappointed by the food and the place in general. Mother Huddard’s having such a good reputation across the country. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. The fish was burnt and the chips were flavourless. We did wonder why at least 5 other people in the restaurant were eating chips covered in curry sauce to add flavour to the bland chips. The mushy peas could have been seen from outer space 🪐.
