  • After the detectives attend a comedy show of a 'comic' that takes the jokes too far in his shows, they are introduced to a college student who was the subject of his comedy show joke, and furthermore wants to report him for assaulting her. Let's be 100% clear, No NDA covers criminal activity. End of story. I don't care what the person had you sign or what they gave you for signing it because it if was for covering up a crime then no court will uphold the NDA.
A NDA, or Non-Disclosure Agreement is for real things like company secrets, propriety formulas, company client lists, and real situations where people and companies have things that they do not want to be out in the public knowledge and for good reason or we would all be selling Coca-Cola out of our front yard instead of lemonade right now. It does not cover any criminal activity and let anyone bring that before a judge and be like "they want to tell the cops about the crime I did and paid them a bunch of hush money for" and see how it goes, seriously.

I’m a current university student, and I can definitely say this set would never ever happen at a university campus. There would be people picketing outside the auditorium, and students would chant to drown him out or straight up just stand up and howl in their seats the way they do when they disagree with a visiting speaker. For better or for worse, this ‘comedy’ act would never happen on a North American university campus at any point in the past four years at least.

When you’re suspected for a crime you’re arrested and taken away from others, usually imprisoned until court

@@scottmatheson3346 I'd say the same about him, however she seems to do it more. In fact I pointed out his double standards many of times. Specificially the episode where that one woman is pretending to be 16 y/o, and sleeping around with teenage boys.

This episode is clearly a Strawman, alot of law and order episodes are like this, whatever the writers don't like they turn into episode's main problem, they did this with juggalos, incels, video games and now they're doing it with comedians, let me let you in on a secret,it's not the comedian's fault if a guy goes out and rapes a woman after his set, blaming him for just making the jokes he wants to make is quite frankly ridiculous...

dislike this episode this guy's answer to what they brought up was valid sometimes we need to be able to Joke about the dark stuff in the world otherwise the only other alternative is getting depressed laughing at dark Jokes about crimes does not mean your not able to differentiate between the seriousness of doing said crimes in real life.
nor does it mean you only have that view point because you yourself are a criminal this episode was very closed minded.

It’s never been about the case. It’s always been feelings and drama. Since the very beginning. The style has changed but the core has always been soft feelings, shocking crimes, good guys.
You tastes and beliefs maybe just don’t match the times anymore. So you see it as if there has been a change

Fargo ad. How much spyware is part of your Artificial Idiot? Is it any better than Microsoft's animated paper clip? How? Does it include facts and reasoning or is it just a neural network. (Neural networks produce what the vendors want, not what is true.)

It’s always been woke compared to other TV of it’s time. But it’s been running for a LONG time so the top is that are or are not “hippy” or “liberal” or “woke” have changed. It’s also always been copaganda.
