Tommy is incredibly talented musician and singer. Unlike Dimash, who had guidance and formal training since he was 5, Tommy is self-taught when it comes to singing, so they can't be compared really. He has an incredible vocalrange as you noticed, he plays over 7 different instruments really good, and on top of that, he is a really good painter.
We share the same birthday, but he got all of the singing talent for that day. Well, he and Keith Urban.
You have to check out his version of “O Helga Natt”, the Swedish version of “Holy Night”, if you don’t get goose bumps from that, you don’t have a soul. 😊

Some of them do have more serious character but many of them have funny moments. Tommy is multi talented. That's what we appreciate with him. That's so true, Ken, he should have 5 million subs. He's phenomenal and how lucky are we to be able to watch him perform when he steps outside of the Sabaton box and does his own thing.

I’m so happy that you have found Tommy❤️When we get closer to Christmas i hope you want to listen to him singing ”O holy night” or the Swedish version ”O Helga natt”. He have them both on his channel.
Another Christmas song that he has written himself and has become one of my all time favorite Christmas song is ”The joy of Christmas”. You find that song if you look for the band Majestica, a band Tommy started when he was 14 years old (i think he was around 14).

The one octave challenge is to take a famous song and sing it one octave higher than the original recording you chose. Josh Groban in this case. Big thing on TikTok apparently. He should be 36 this Thursday. Just saw him post about releasing his cover on Thursday this week
Rolf Løvland wrote the song for Secret Garden. To me they are mostly Nocturne, their ESC song from 1994

WHile it is aptly called the one octive challenge, this range doesn't showcase the beauty of his vocals as much as if it had been sung in the normal range. You can hear the clear beauty in his lower notes in the song.

One thing that you can say for sure about Sweden: We have the best winters. Lots of times for training alone and get really good at what you are doing, if you are that kind of person. No friends or cousins constantly passing by to ask you out for a beer neither. Just listen to the Dirty Loops and their skills...
