Hey guys! "Double Vision" is my #1 favorite song by Foreigner. Fun story: Guitarist and founder Mick Jones got the song inspiration while watching a NY Rangers hockey game. The team's goalie, John Davidson, was hit in the head by a puck during the game. It was announced he had to leave the game due to experiencing "double vision". And a great Foreigner song was born! Also, the lead singer is named Lou Gramm. One of classic/arena rock's great voices. Peace, guys. ✨️🕊✨️
Another Foreigner song to hit: "Long, Long Way From Home". It's a short song with a powerful punch. An excellent song. Second in my mind only to "Double Vision". Peace, guys. ✨️🕊✨️
Lou Gramm is a drummer, but he didn't play drums in Foreigner, he's the singer and Mick Jones is the lead guitarist. Those two co-wrote most of Foreigner's songs. They are in the Song Writers Hall of Fame. Foreigner is so good, I saw them in concert in the early 80's, so good! Here's some more bangers for you to give a listen to, Long, Long Way from Home, Head Games, Blue Morning Blue Day, and Dirty White Boy. Keep up the good work!
One of their best choruses is from a song from their first album Foreigner , and the track is called Starrider . I guarantee you will love this one ! A true hidden gem from them !! There is a great Live version on UA-cam .

Head Games, Blue Morning Blue Day, Long, Long Way From Home, Love Has Taken It's Toll, and Break It Up are all great songs of theirs! Thanks for the classic rock!
Also, I believe their most underrated song is a power ballad called Heaven On Our Side. A great song that really shows off Lou Grahams vocals! For some reason, it's not on Spotify.
Speaking of 70s bands you should check out, The Babys, a British rock band. Two of their big hits include Isn't It Time and Everytime I Think of You. You've played lead singer John Waite's 80s hit, Missing You.
another one I've suggested...glad you got to it. Their last big 70s one that you hadn't done yet...went to #2. I believe the only top ten hits of theirs left to do is "Say You Will" and the epic "Waiting For A Girl Like You", the latter of which I'm VERY surprised you haven't gotten around to yet.
One of those classic rock songs that I heard regularly as a teen in the 70's, but it didn’t register with me until many years later as I listened to it while jogging. Now it's a favorite from Foreigner.
Foreigner was one of the most awesome bands growing up in the 70's. So many hits in thier catalog. Glad they are finally going into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year. We'll deserved. There is no weak link in the chain. Even the background vocals are perfect. This was also rock dance music. In the clubs, I'd almost never get turned down for a dance when a Foreigner song came on.
Also, Lou Graham started out as lead singer of the Rochester NY regional band called Black Sheep, they were quite a lot like Free and their first, self titled album is a classic, killer stuff, try Paying Your Dues from it and see how good Lou and his first band were, if he stayed with them, they still would have been big as Lou's vocals and songwriting could not be denied. Enjoy, I still do for 50 years now, always been a Lou Graham fan and so glad I got to see him and the real Foreigner, back in the day. Wish I saw Black Sheep as well...

Lou has one of my favorite voices of all time. songs like "Lost in the Shadows" from the movie Lost Boys & "Don't let go" & "That was Yesterday" and off their first LP "Long long way from home"
I feel like you all are totally missing out on a great band from the late 1970's. You haven't reacted to a single song. Talking about "The Babys". You did react to the lead singer's biggest solo hit "Missing You" which charted #1 in 1984. The lead singer was John Waite. But "The Babys" are a power rock band from England and charted at least eight songs from 1977-1980 in the U.S. My favorites of those hit songs are "Back on My Feet Again", "Isn't It Time", "Midnight Rendezvous", and "Every Time I Think of You". They deserve to be heard and you'll enjoy it.

Urgent is epic too
Guitarist is Mick Jones, the only original member left when I finally saw them live in 2008.
Going to see Foreigner and Styx together live this Friday in Gulf Shores, Al. Love both of these and have seen them several times before. Rock and roll lives on!! Great video.
Lou has one of my favorite voices of all time. songs like "Lost in the Shadows" from the movie Lost Boys & "Don't let go" & "That was Yesterday" and off their first LP "Long long way from home"
Bad Company - Bad Company
Great song
I'll see that and raise it a "Leave It" by Yes.
my fav band then....my fave band now
I feel like you all are totally missing out on a great band from the late 1970's.
