Flying those cheap drones is about the most fun I've ever had outside the bedroom. I'd be terrified to fly an expensive one though. I've destroyed one cheap one completely, a second one got stuck in a very tall tree and a third one got up to altitude, lost sync with the controller and just flew away in a straight line until it disappeared over the tree line... It was apparently tired of my BS. So that was fun.

Expensive drones are much easier to fly
To me, I broked first one , then the second one was taken away by wind , I broke the third one because family members blaming me becuase I always playing with drones😂😂 , And finally one mortor of 4th drone stoped working and broke..That is my drone history😂

For camera it must be bluetooth connection, turn drone on and check on phone if you see any devices that you can connect them with. If that doesnt work, then try to google name of the drone. I hope you will be able to make camera work
As someone who owns 9 drones, I am highly impressed with how well you flew it for the first time. I have tried to teach countless people and you are by far the best person I have ever witnessed right out of the gate. If you enjoyed it that much, then you might get the itch and start buying better ones. Go and get one of the tiny ones for flying inside. They are a blast. Love your channel btw. @@a-z8107 I don't know what to tell you buddy. I looked on amazon just now and they are going for 350 USD. That is a great price. You can always pay with PayPal,since they have buyers insurance. So either way, if you are scammed you will get your money back. May I ask why you chose that drone? Do you really need 4K recording? Do you have any other drones? Is this your first one? If it is your first drone I would advise against buying this one.
@@flexopuppy Thank you very much for your response. I have chosen the JJRC x12 because I have been told it is fairly easy to fly for a beginner like me. This would be fairly durable and well made (apparently) so I thought it would last a good length of time. If you advise against this drone, could you give me some suggestions please like what your first drone was? Thank you
@@a-z8107 I am just saying that that is a very expensive drone for your first one. Try the Syma X5C...that is a great drone to learn on...and very affordable. That was my first drone, and after all the ones I got after, one of my favorites still. I think I got if for 60 bucks off of Ali Express.Doesn't have the greatest camera, but that is not the point of your first one. Also, there is always a chance you can damage or lose it too. So having that happen to the Syma while you are learning is not that big of a deal.

The Drone you have is an SG900. I'm not sure if you ever found the info on it. Just ran across your video and it seems you posted it a few months ago. The drone you have isn't bad, definitely not for $30. It's not meant for high flying unless you are very familiar with flying a drone without the aid of anything like a optical flow (which this has) or gps (which this doesn't have). Good video and hope me telling you the model helps. I'm sure you can find an instructions manual online. Have a good one.

Hi there, I have one of these SG900 drones. The buttons on front activate headless mode and auto takeoff. Two do nothing. The cam buttons do nothing, you take pics and video with phone. Optical flow sensor only works to about 30 - 40 feet, above that it will go where the wind takes it. The motor pods have a small cover that comes off , your prop guards go there. Hope that helps. And the app is called hfun .

Nice. The two pieces on the radio that you are using as legs are the antennas. They need to be pointed up and not down.
Found your video because I bought the same exact drone off of wish. Mine came with instructions though! The App you want to search for is “HFun”. It has a lot of options, including a landing mode. I haven’t tried the controller yet, just the app.
Good idea to get a feel for the drone and see what you get for the money. As you say some instructions would be good to give an idea of the drone's abilities. But for the money a good drone.
You can used an Apps on google play named LW-FPV to connect the drone with andoid smart phone, i have one but it have GPS function on it.

Use that speed button next time the drones will lit how much you can tilt in order to keep you from getting into trouble as easily but you need to tilt in order to penetrate wind speed button controls how much it will permit you to tell so if you change to a higher speed you'll be able to penetrate wind better
Maybe test out "weather resistant" items? Things like clothing, protective sprays, or covers

My SG 907 Pro drone from Wish came with some decent instructions. Haven't flown it yet though.
When I was a kid all we had were cheap helicopters you could barely get to take off, now we have $30 drones which can fly themselves.

(7:18) that's why there is a speed button to make it speed up and the wind wont catch it that much (I think I be wrong)
At the end of the prop arms you will find some slits, or openings. The prop guards snap into place.
the arrow facing down, if it has a curve in it that means return to home. If it's pointing straight down with no curve, that means simply land where it is. You were Landing it on the bucket too slow. If you hover closely over the bucket and hit the down arrow it should drop on the bucket.
There are General apps that work for a multi number of drones. There is an app called fpv drone controller. Written in all capital letters if you look it up. That app works for most drones, though it isn't so great as most General apps or not. But it works better than nothing.
I brought this drone from wish like 1 year back and it still works as good as new and i also brought for my cousin too he's so happy to get a drone we go on the ground and fly like 20 30 mins and then we put new batteries in our drones yes i brought 2 more batterys to fly more and its so good my cousin also loves it too for 30 euro this drone is amazing.

For cheap wifi drones like that, an app that works is "wifi ufo" it is by no means good but it does the job

I got a similar, but not exactly the same, drone from Wish. It came with instructions. They directed me to an app, FHDFPV. It's available for IOS and Android. It appears to be use some kind of generIc drone standard. The app has pairing instructions. I can use it to watch real-time video from the drone. You can even control the drone from the app if you want, although I prefer the physical controls.
Also, regarding those 4 prop shields. I can tell you how they work. Yours may be similar. I couldn't figure them out at first, but I eventually did.
Unfold the arms and turn the drone upside down. You should see two holes under each of the 4 propellers. Each shield has two little pegs that pop into those holes. The curved edge snaps around the end of the leg. You may have to jiggle it around and press a little hard (but don't break it). The shields greatly reduce the chance of broken props so you should use them!

Well for the price I could handle it without instructions and iv ordered bunch of stuff from wish without instructions but they do have some instructions on the order sight that you can read before buying and the rest is common sense ,but with cameras on it the price is good.
Instructions are usually posted on the ad underneath and wish usually a PDF link.

Lol! This was a great video! I think it was totally worth it! Look up how to on UA-cam and I’m sure you can find out how to connect the phone. By the end of it you can see that it is a smart drone, you can Def program to follow and probably do hand gestures to record or shoot photos.
You can attach the gaurds theres a little rectangular hard plastic you have to remove😂
As a person who has flied professional drones on a daily basis, and has built one, I wouldn't say the drone performance is extreamly desirable, even for just 30$. Any drone should be able to hover without any throttle imputes, and counter wind. Cool video! keep up the great work!

Mine was on Ebay Australia, 28 June 21 , $16.90 AU ($12.61 US) free postage and came in 2 days from placing the order and it came in a carry case with instructions, and the camera takes great photoes and fairly easy to fly , Im a beginner . There were quiet a few of these and prices varied greatly , I believe you get what you shop for - not what you pay for-
