    excellent drills. Do them for skill first, then once they are down practice them with more explosion for conditioning. Really love these 🏀

    I did this this morning and it was pretty hard for me to. I’m thinking by the 5 th time I will be doing better . This really is an intense dribbling workout

      Start close to the ground . It will take 3 to 4 weeks and then you will be able to do it higher .

    Can we get a full workout of drills to practice to start shifting your defender better because at the moment I can’t sell my move and I struggle getting past people .

      To be able to blow by your defender these drills will help only if you were moving with the drill. Meaning Going up and down court or any space you have to go up and down

    I would think those first movement dribbles should be low dribbles on the way backwards, usually how I find myself protecting the balll when going backwards is keeping it low

    The line should be opposite side. The player supposed to condition himself to keep the ball as close to him as he can to avoid the defender while not hitting the feet!

    can you tell me how to get backspin when i shoot. Do you have something tips because i try to make to nba and i put already lot work. but throwing has reduced mmy motivation a bit when I can't get the backspin. And i think if i get backspin im gonna be so good. Because i am good to drive a basket, take a contak, and i am god defender.

      Release the ball with a strong flick and make sure the ball is coming off the index or middle finger or both.

      Absolutely! Do this as many times during the week you can and eventually it’ll be second naturen

      Yes! Once the basics are down and as close to perfect as you can get them, take on one new drill each week!

    That's so bad. Trainer was moving hips with his body. Trainee moving only his body...this will be a balance problem.
