Oh what the hell? You can get out of Mariner Terrace that way?! For some reason, I always thought that was a staircase like the one on the South side beside the entrance to 5 and went around because ... I'm not jumping a set of stairs on cheap rims. 😂 Anyways, another great piece! Well crafted!
What speeds were you travelling at on a fixed gear? It looks like it's 25 km/hr MINIMUM! I have a need for speed and I can never consistently travel at those speeds.
I just checked the strava data for that day, and our average speed was about 22km/hr. I think with fixed, it's just riding more and building your leg muscles!!!
How often can you work in a weather like this in Toronto? Its an amazing video btw, I got surprised over the trams and and especially the bike lanes I heard that Canada totally lacks of them, because no one rides as there so much snow etc...
@user-mq4kr9rw6j the winter in Toronto lasts 3-4 months. And it's mild compared to most of canada. A lot of the bike lanes were put up during covid and most of the downtown core has them now. But there was a lot less in 2019!!
When you blow through red lights all the time, what do you think will happen if you are in an accident and the police are asked about your character by the insurance? Even if you aren't at fault you are going to have a hard time... more than likely you will be at fault.. for what? What is worth putting your life @ risk like this for?
@@DopeEd who is trying to start arguments.. I am pointing out something that could impact your lives negatively if there were an accident... That is why it is asked in the form of a question.. I didn't slur or insult even, but that doesn't stop people from getting triggered does it?
Toronto seems nice!! Must visit Canada someday. Greetings from Finland!
The intersection between scenes flowed all around, fully enjoyed it!
Thanks. Super happy with how it turned out
That dude is hauling ass. I'm in awe at his ability to maintain momentum amidst all the foot and car traffic.
Haha. Yeah, years of doing the job makes your brain zero in on the most efficient lines, and it becomes second nature for sure
Mad respect for using the actual non-electric bike. Dude probably has legs of steel.
I miss Toronto a lot, thanks for your videos! I love them
Glad you like them!!
I like the short interviews in the middle of the rides!
Awesome film! Love the cam perspective and raw sounds.
Appreciate it!
Great sense of speed in this video!
Partly the camera, but also Adam riding that fast.

Yep. It's a sweet shortcut. Although the little "fake condo garden" at the bottom of the stairs for 5 is surprisingly pleasant
Great job, excited for more
Thank you!!
Best cycling vid I’ve seen in Toronto. I hope you make more of these - your channel will blow up. It’s just a matter of time. Cheers 🍻
Got this vid from recommendations, good work!
Thank you!
The Terry B of the TO!
content gets better every vid 🫶 keep it coming!!
Beautiful film!
Send it , is the only real grass roots messeneger run company left in Toronto i believe..
Dude, this is so sweet!
excellent video, i gotta ride in toronto some day
I guess the bike messengers business is alive and well. enjoyed the episode. was it hard to keep up?
Thank you. It wasn't as hard as I thought even though Adam is fast. Although I've been a messenger for a while now, so that helps!
Sounds like the bottom bracket needs some maintenance. Squeaking a bit.
Haha. He was telling me that all day
great knowledge

This fucking rules. Amazing work
Cool vid, coverage, loving the route and experienced is surreal. I'd love to know which mess/courier bagpack is that? I need one too. 🤙
@ianallenbywee Thank you so much! The bag is a sinkhole bag.
What on earth is that castle-like structure on the right at 3:24? U of T? It's crazy how camera angles make a city look so different!
Yes it's U of T. 6 hoskin ave.
is Sendit looking for more couriers?
Follow them in insta. They usually post there when they are hiring
The last few minutes were the best when the boring, talking head amateur student film allowed the subject's actual personality to surface.
what the name off apps do you use for communication?
@andrefebrirezapradigdo5267 the app we use is called "zello"
@@358Narada another of happiness thanks for your reply hello from indonesia bike messenger 😄

lol where was the risk? Stop making up scenarios to start arguments online geez.
It's so adorable seeing someone lecture a courier about blowing reds.
@@tommysalami9 it isn't a lecture.. it is advice... and btw I have been a courier for 20+ years...
