Honestly I can relate with you on the shipping damage, when my Proteam Proforce 1200XP arrived, part of the bottom plate was broken, it still vacuums fine but the right wheel is just stuck in place, apparently it happened during the shipping process, luckily I placed in an order for a replacement part, but that’s the last time I ever trust UPS
Ugh! UPS is the worst. At least the damage wasn't like catastrophic. Congrats on getting your proteam though they're a little handle heavy but a good daily cleaner type.
@@Blackheartvacs oh I love how it works, though it’s not really heavy for me, either because I’m stronger than I think or because I’ve been using a Clarke CarpetMaster vacuum for the past 7 years & I’m used to the weight of a commercial vacuum

Yes it was always such an interesting looking machine and with similar ones performing pretty well the bar for it was fairly high.

Right? Even the private label C8 I had exceeds this at 90.92 CFM, though it's suction was a little weaker at about 72"
