🥤 Classic Horchata Recipe
1 cup long grain rice : amzn.to/3UAaC9Q

2 cups hot water
4 cups water, room temperature
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk : amzn.to/3PEB0P9
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tsp vanilla extract: amzn.to/3NV0re3

Ice cubes

1 cup long grain rice
1 ea cinnamon stick
2 cups hot water
1.5 lb fresh strawberries
4 cups room temperature
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
To taste sugar

In San Luis Potosí mexico they make a pink version of horchata and I don’t know if it gets pink when strawberry 🍓 is added or they just pour some vegetable coloring in the horchata but is delicious 😋 and no vendor will give the recipe 😢😢😢my uncle almost married a woman that her father had a little cart for vending “ aguas frescas “ 😢😢😢😢😢and his were the best in town 😮

And she use to make is out of Barely water when boiled or or she would use barely and all and blend it well with all you just did there I do not know if you are aloud to drink this but it is so good. they also so it is good for kids do not eat and for breast beading mothers that is how good it is for you and it delicious. A bit frustrated because I saw your older video on making horchata and you did not mention rinsing the rice. Now I found this one and you said to do that. I already started soaking rice last night and was going to make it today. Will the texture be off because I didn’t rinse the rice?
