Great new use video demo! That's reason why I call OP3 a family camera most suitable for every family and single soul to record and keep their life journey.
First vid of the OP4 I’ve seen recorded like this. Really like it. Raw, simple, what you see is what you get. And, wow, the OP4 looks fantastic right out the box. And Porto is beautiful, been there once, will definitely go back.
Hey Roy. Thanks! Thats totally what we were trying for. Any pro can make it look really good but some people just want it, as you said raw and simple. Out of the box! I agree, I was totally surprised how good it looked. Appreciate your thoughts on the video and your time. Yes come back. Porto has gotten even more beautiful. Cheers!
My son went with his college soccer team to Portugal last spring. I sure wish he had one of these cameras with him. Just got one a few days ago and have yet to try it on anything but my dog so far.. LOL. Great engaging video. Subbed..
Hey Andrew! Your son definitely would have loved it for his trip. Super easy to use and grab memories. Honestly the DJI OP3 is perfect to gran some pup footage! Especially if he or she is a zoomer lol. Im sure you will get great use from the camera in the future though! Appreciate your watching the video. Thanks for you time !
Same here! We were here for a shot time in 2022 and loved it so much we had to come back! Did you have any favourite spots here?!? Thank you for watching the video!
the one thing I learned is 25/30 does not flicker, the Synco P-2 is awesome got some good wind noise reductio, with a light. just a fun mic. enjoyed the beginners perspective, thanks FISH
Hey Fish! Flicker isn’t too much of an issue. And changing the fps is pretty fast. The Synco is a great mic for sure, it’s light, affordable and once you have the levels dialled in. It’s pretty much plug in play. Thanks for leaving your comment man! Appreciate your time!
This is such a great video and I'm so impressed with the quality straight out the box with only chaning the resolution! Did you color grade the non-pro footage too or is that straight out of camera? I've seen other's straight-out-the-camera footage and it doesn't look as cinematic as yours does. Really inspired to just play with it in auto mode and knowing how you achieved that cinematic look would be so helpful! Thank you in advance!
Thank you H! So all the footage where my wife is filming is NOT colour graded. Just switching to 24fps. Everything else is auto. I did however have a ND filter on. I think it was nd16 and that helps keep even the auto settings close to the 180 degree filmic language rules for a more natural motion blur. I would say that if you wanted to just use everything in auto mode you can still achieve a more “cinematic” look with the ND and being a bit smoother with movements. That’s one thing my wife was aware of. Also, the time of day massively helped make it look the way it does. It was right before golden hour going into blue hour for reference. Hope that helps. Thanks again for watching. Good luck with it. And have fun! Cheers
It’s actually really good for the price. The should have adjusted the limits for better sound. Thanks for watching and leaving the comments. Appreciate it!
Thanks! Yes the first 2/3rds of the video is right out of the box with only the camera setting switched to 4k24. The last bit is filmed in Dlog then colour graded.
What are your thoughts on using this vs the iPhone 15 pro max especially during traveling? My issue is using the wide angle on the iPhone with distortion. Thoughts? Thx! Great video! I feel like this camera would be great for traveling.
Hey Dette. I have been loving it for travel. Been using it on this trip in Portugal. The reasons why I like it better are, smaller form factor, and it much easier to hold for filming. If you want to film yourself it is way way better. And maybe the best part is you can edit with the DJI app super easily. Yes the iPhone image is nice in ProRes Log but I think the Omso’s 1 inch sensor makes a better image IMO. Especially in lower light. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching the video. Let me know if you get it and what you think!
Thank you Kaybee! Thank you for the super kind comment. I love your channel's vibe. I love listening to Jazz when I am getting into the flow! Appreciate you watching the video.
I’ve just got the DJI OP3 and been using it for 2 days. It was great so far but I have one problem. Every single video I exported to my phone has watermark ‘DJI OSMO POCKET 3’ on the bottom left. And there is NO Watermark Remove option on my DJI Mimo App. May I ask for your advice?
Hi Catarina! Well to be honest. The short answer is. Because I mainly upload to UA-cam. It kind of doesn’t matter if it is 24 or 25. But I also like my camera to have the 30fps option which I sometimes use for a smoother shot. And the camera only has that option if i keep it in the NTSC mode. Which also has the 24. If there are lights in a scene and it flickers then I will shoot switch to European PAL mode. Hope that makes sense. Thanks for watching the video.
Looks lovely next to the river.
That was a wonderful video presentation. You two look so good together. 😊

@@MichaelNgvyen super helpful thank you so, so much!
Great review! Didn't feel like a review, a fun watch. Keep up the good work. Love.
Hey Saadnnoor! Yep you’re right. Wasn’t a review. Not enough time with it to give a proper review. I appreciate your comment. Thanks for watching.
Loved the Video, and just got the pocket 3 …..
Hey Zany! Thanks for watching the video. Pumped for you. I think you will really love the pocket 3. It’s been a great camera.
I have never heard of Synco before. Seems decent sound for a relatively cheap wireless mic

Super helpful video and enjoyed the unboxing, first impressions and vlogging experience. The Dji Osmo Pocket 3 is on my wish list✨
Yes. I think you will love using it. Makes so easy to get content for videos. Thanks for watching!

Hi Thaoly. I have never experienced that before so I am not quite sure. Not sure if you’re on the newest version of the Mimo app?
Just found your channel awesome video 👍🏻How come you don’t film in 25 when in Europe .
