Damn right man! You're setting your self up for disaster. Where kayakers go and fish is shark feeding territory, and this guys dragging a bloody fish right to himself.
Even outside of Florida, there are more massive fish than just the Bull Shark. Like the Goliath Tigerfish, a Wels Catfish, an Arapaima, and many other species of Shark even though not as aggressive, still can easily happen especially if hungry.
@robertchristianson1714 An absolute RARITY. They are an everyday occurrence in the Keys. If you want to avoid them during water activities, going 700 miles up The Mighty Mississippi is safer than the Keys.
That's fokes a what is called a Mandela Effect. In my reality @geoffcohen613 and @FLGirl515 are correct. I bet you are younger than us. I saw the movie 3 times back when it 1st came out and it said, "We're going to need a bigger boat." Think about it - the original is better and makes more sense as with all ME's. He is in the boat, so he says we, including himself. There are so many ME's if anyone is interested in checking them out - Moneybags63 has a lot of them. Even a lot vs. alot is one. It's CRAZY!!! 🤪

I remember when I was about 10 years old, I was trolling in a fishing spot in north queensland with my dad in a little 4m tinnie, and i hooked a big mackerel that jumped out if the water, and after it, a 4m long bull shark. It was both amazing and scary because I had never seen a shark that big before.
Very hard to believe...why does everyone try to give sharks the same persona as a harmless penguin and they won't bite us in half with just a bit of thought and an empty spot in their belly? Don't forget they are the original SeaDemons and MurderMachines of the 7 Seas!!!
My first bullshark sighting was actually under a canal bridge in Kendall, Miami. I just couldn't understand at the time how a shark could survive like that, where the nearest salt water was a few miles away.
Fishing in a kayak in Florida like you don't know at least one person with a real boat. 🤦🏻♀️😂 Bull shark only needed to give you a nice bump and his SeaEats would've arrived! Not to mention the gators and crocs in Florida. You crazy as hell, dude.
@@user-wl3of2zc4m I said "fishing in a kayak in Florida". I didn't say anything about the ocean. Bull sharks have been found incredibly far up streams and rivers and I kind of forget that people are dumb enough to kayak in the ocean- as though they can't hit a rip current and be dragged waaay out to sea. Regardless, the American crocodile, the only croc native to Florida, is the only extant species of crocodile besides the saltwater croc to not only prefer salinity but to actually thrive in it. They're super commonly found in brackish and saltwater areas. Gators obviously need fresh water but I wouldn't put it past them to be quite near the ocean without getting in so they could snatch someone once they reached the shore.
I've never understood why people go out into shark infested, gator infested, orca infested and other critter infested places in a very small, plastic, elongated skate board to fish or get exercise??? And when you encounter wildlife in their natural habitat, and they come close or attack you, everyone is surprised! I'm sure y'all have seen the movie 'Jaws,'....there is a perfect line in that movie that sums up being out in the open ocean.........."You're going to need a bigger boat!"
Humans are still far and away more dangerous than literally any other carbon based lifeform on earth. @maxmock2661 I do go outside and often! Thank God I live in Kansas, where we have several kinds of poisonous snakes, cougars and other delightful wildlife! But I'm smart enough to know where I can go safely and where I can't. It's called....drumroll....common sense!

How long would it take you to put down your fishing gear and grab a gun or knife or spear. Took that fish about 2 or maybe 3 seconds to blow by you.😂😂😂 You couldddd tell him hold it, I gotta grab my gun.
