As for the rich thing yes it is said in game that Ningguang is rich but in the orignal text it's not mention that she's the richiest she is just rich, he is the richiest on Teyvat ( with the difference is that Ningguang accumulate mora because she love money while he accumulate it because he loathed mora and want to destroy it ). Him and Pulcinella are really mafia coded, with godfather vibes and I love it !
Iirc, Pantalone is also implied to be the one who created the coupon system in the fortress of Meropide, based on Wriothesley's signature description (cashflow overflow or smth like that)
What gives me confidence that Dottore will be playable is that they are very specific that he "Segments different stages of his life", so there is a possibility that one of his segments (probably younger and before he became a complete psychopath) will pull an "I will never become you" and betray Dottore Prime
I don't think Dottore is a psychopath at all. It is possible we'll get one of the Segments, but Dottore is simply doing what he has to do to wake Teyvat up from the dream. That was the entire point of the Sumeru AQ, that there is a greater machination to everything you see. That's why Nicole never condemned Dottore when we heard her at the end, because she knows he knows the truth about Teyvat, and is doing everything it takes to liberate humanity from the illusion and the shackles of their cruel fate. There is nothing psychopathic about that; it is clear Dottore's concept has evolved a lot from the manhua, to the point that is basically a Segment now their personalities are so different and the redesign accents this even more. (On the other hand, Collei did not go such a drastic change, not anyone else.) Arlecchino is the one who is a psychopath, as she describes she likes to see people suffer and struggle, she just chooses "acceptable" targets in her MamaMax schtick, as if that made murdering for fun any better.

Pierro is also fairly prevalent in lore (he’s the one who recruited Scara, Dottore, and Signora at the very least, was involved heavily in the attempts of exploiting the Tatarigami in Inazuma against the population, and also was the one who dispatched Dottore to Inazuma all those years ago for his future plans).

I wouldn’t cancel La Signora out as not being playable yet. Her lore still hasn’t been explored in game like most characters. I believe since Natlan is the land of pyro we will learn about La Signora liquid pyro powers.

Dottore is central to Genshin plot, and Dottore is supposed to appear in Natlan. Though I would say that Pierro would be Khaenriah (Arlecchino tbh should have been), and I doubt Pulcinella will be playable. Pantalone hopefully will die, but he could be the Liyue LR character lmao. Sandrone could still be playable. Dottore and the Tsaritsa are supposed to be extremely important to the plot, and I would LOVE for a playable Dottore. ❤❤❤ He is the only reason I even bother with Genshin still, Arlecchino is boring and underwhelming as even you have said. We also do not know Dottore's entire motivation and story. He didn't leave Scaramouche for dead, he simply left him in Sumeru. He COULD have killed him if he wanted to. Us and Nahida, too, but Dottore only does what is necessary. He does have one Segment remaining though, Omega. Edit: arlecchino not knowing anything about Pierro isn't really that surprising, she is purposely kept in the dark because she isn't trusted. Dottore, Columbina, and Capitano are the top 3 for a reason, and they are the ones who know the full truth about what the Fatui is doing aside from Pierro and the Tsaritsa. That is why Columbina doesn't give Arlecchino proper answers when she asks questions, whereas she has a good rapport with Dottore and is even flirty with him (considering Sandrone's personality, we can ascertain that was Columbina 100%, making her first spoken line being a flirty exchange with Dottore. It's remarkable because most other Harbingers don't seem to like him very much [Childe and Sandrone are exceptions, Pierro is neutral towards him and we know who hates him already], but she loves him and he shares that affinity for her considering he allowed her joke to slide instead of threatening her like he did with Scaramouche's remarks (or, really, the confrontational vibe between him and Scaramouche generally even before the Tatarasuna quest, because Scaramouche has an awful attitude.) Anyway, Arlecchino is only useful for collecting intelligence on random fraudsters in Fontaine and elsewhere, she doesn't know anything of actual value aside from her own heritage, which she even keeps from us. On the other hand, we know everything about Descenders, the truth of Teyvat, etc. thanks to Dottore, people forget that. Now that we know he and Arlecchino don't get along because she's awful, we can deduce it is Dottore's own research that gleaned this information. So, W Dottore. Can't wait for him to be playable. ❤ He is literally working so hard to liberate humanity, he is honestly so beautiful. Pierro also sent Dottore to Tatarasuna, that's how Scaramouche was found to begin with. And yeah, the HP is horrible, because they are imprisoning humanity within a dream. We also don't know who left the note in that Fontaine quest. There's a 50/50 chance it could be either Dottore or Sandrone. The method of murder sounds very Sumeru-like, lol, and we do know Dottore is working on getting better Segments, so it could have been one of them. I can't see Sandrone doing that or even leaving her lab in Snezhnaya, so idk how likely it is that it was her even if she is most likely from Fontaine. I think she would have played a more prominent role? Either way, it'd be cool to see who it was.

Dottore is central to Genshin plot, and Dottore is supposed to appear in Natlan.
Though I would say that Pierro would be Khaenriah (Arlecchino tbh should have been), and I doubt Pulcinella will be playable.
Pantalone hopefully will die, but he could be the Liyue LR character lmao. Sandrone could still be playable.
Dottore and the Tsaritsa are supposed to be extremely important to the plot, and I would LOVE for a playable Dottore. ❤❤❤ He is the only reason I even bother with Genshin still, Arlecchino is boring and underwhelming as even you have said.
We also do not know Dottore's entire motivation and story. He didn't leave Scaramouche for dead, he simply left him in Sumeru. He COULD have killed him if he wanted to. Us and Nahida, too, but Dottore only does what is necessary.
He does have one Segment remaining though, Omega.
Edit: arlecchino not knowing anything about Pierro isn't really that surprising, she is purposely kept in the dark because she isn't trusted. Dottore, Columbina, and Capitano are the top 3 for a reason, and they are the ones who know the full truth about what the Fatui is doing aside from Pierro and the Tsaritsa. That is why Columbina doesn't give Arlecchino proper answers when she asks questions, whereas she has a good rapport with Dottore and is even flirty with him (considering Sandrone's personality, we can ascertain that was Columbina 100%, making her first spoken line being a flirty exchange with Dottore. It's remarkable because most other Harbingers don't seem to like him very much [Childe and Sandrone are exceptions, Pierro is neutral towards him and we know who hates him already], but she loves him and he shares that affinity for her considering he allowed her joke to slide instead of threatening her like he did with Scaramouche's remarks (or, really, the confrontational vibe between him and Scaramouche generally even before the Tatarasuna quest, because Scaramouche has an awful attitude.)
Anyway, Arlecchino is only useful for collecting intelligence on random fraudsters in Fontaine and elsewhere, she doesn't know anything of actual value aside from her own heritage, which she even keeps from us. On the other hand, we know everything about Descenders, the truth of Teyvat, etc. thanks to Dottore, people forget that. Now that we know he and Arlecchino don't get along because she's awful, we can deduce it is Dottore's own research that gleaned this information.
So, W Dottore. Can't wait for him to be playable. ❤ He is literally working so hard to liberate humanity, he is honestly so beautiful.
Pierro also sent Dottore to Tatarasuna, that's how Scaramouche was found to begin with. And yeah, the HP is horrible, because they are imprisoning humanity within a dream.
We also don't know who left the note in that Fontaine quest. There's a 50/50 chance it could be either Dottore or Sandrone. The method of murder sounds very Sumeru-like, lol, and we do know Dottore is working on getting better Segments, so it could have been one of them. I can't see Sandrone doing that or even leaving her lab in Snezhnaya, so idk how likely it is that it was her even if she is most likely from Fontaine. I think she would have played a more prominent role? Either way, it'd be cool to see who it was.
Sandrone could order her subordinates to tear out Ynku's tongue, and I I don't think Dottore would apologize in a letter.
