Comes as a rare drop from Monongah mines event after you kill earl. Reclaimed deep mining gas mask.
You can prob get 4k to 8k for one depending on how long you want to wait.
I found that guy while doing the main quest. He was fighting for his life, so I helped him. I tried to talk to him after and he disappeared in a flash of lightning.
Would be cool if you could spend atoms or bullion on Mysterious Stranger skins. So you could have "The Electrician" appear in a bolt of lightning when your Mysterious Stranger perk triggers, instead of the usual Stranger.
Don't give Todd more money working ideas
Who even use the Mysterious Stranger perk!??? 😅
@@seccosecnone because it sucks, but if the electrician is swapped in its place and uses that gun, pretty much everyone will start using it, considering that now you have a big boy coming in with a gun that is impossible to miss your enemies with.

@@seccosec I'd use it if you could summon The Electrician or one of The Unstoppables. Or just change the perk outright so that you have a chance to summon an even better version of Mysterious Stranger as The Electrician or ones of the Unstoppables whenever you crit in VATS.
I'm an electrician myself, but no customer has ever called me a superhero. It's kind of nice to hear that people appreciate our work :) And the fact that Bethesda is bringing a superhero electrician into the game was really cool when I first met him.
It would be cool to be able to vanish in a puff of electrified smoke whenever you wanted.
next time give your customers the bill and vanish in a strike of lightning

It's both hilarious and shocking (heh) how violent his exit is. Like Thor entering the Bifrost, it's just so loud. Also the quotes behind the creation of the character just makes it more funny.

i encounter the one encounter of the settler running from a chicken at the ice cream place some where in the valley, killed the chicken, the the mole appeared exactly when killed the chicken like "hey dont you dare kill animals in my park"

I have encountered the Electrician twice, freaked me the hell out when he first just vanishes in the bolt of lightning.
Apparently Bethesda management hasn't caught on to computer generated voice overs yet, but I'm pretty sure that soon the bean counters over there will.

I was wonderign wtf that was , 1 moment i see some enemyes being shot and then boom , explosion in face as i turned around.
i have a camp beside one of his spawns and I have my ally dressed like him he's pretty cool, I hope they add more like him.
I have a group that looks like kriegsmarines. We use that helmet for our gas mask
As someone who uses that helmet on my character, when I first saw the Electrician I was like "Dad? Is that you?" and then he disappeared in a flash of lightning and I was like "Yep, definitely my dad" lol
should turn off your pipboy light when trying to sneak, it does effect it
Aye, and it doesn't matter what the brightness is. A little-known detail though is that the "tactical red" headlamp options have less impact on sneak, especially when dealing with non-human enemies, and using a "bright" headlamp option makes sneaking significantly less effective.
I ran into him the other day and told myself to look him up. He was fighting some NPCs and I helped him take them out. Approached thinking I could talk to him, instead he disappeared in a puff of smoke

When you nuke the area go to the new world boss then come out go down the road. They are cool but can’t do anything. Whenever you see a yellow lighting strike he’s right there
Didnt realize he could be killed he always flees in a bolt of lightning and smoke the moment I hit him once, though everytime i encounter him he has had a star by his name Im wondering if theres currently more to him in game that we havent figured out yet or if bethesda has future plans for him for a later update or if hes just thrown in their like the smiling man as some kind of cryptic lore base thing. I keep exploring the new maps hoping to find more clues about him because to me hes the most interesting part of the dlc lmao, so far it seems random when I encounter him. I wonder if the electrician has any connections to that classfieid document about bagman ordering a hit on a target with the codename "Zeus" which the so called hit was apparently carried out successfully by whoever bagman originally gave the contract too. I just find it odd that the target would be called zeus which is the God that has a lightning bolt and Then we have a electrician guy who also uses electric as an ability. Idk, maybe my high ass is reading too much into this. Sorry for typing a novel.😂
My main is a Mistress of Mystery pistol build, and I am thrilled that this update has added new super heroes and villians to the world.

It’s cool to see you represent a rare outfit but I feel like you should rotate ATX shop/ challenge reward outfits, simply because you are a Fallout 76 content creator and therefore you should show off as much as the game has to offer to people but if you are maintaining a look I also think that’s cool!

I found the electrician on the first day of the dlc...pretty cool encounter. He almost killed me because when he zapped out, the cars next to him blew up.
Also, the mole miners are actually speaking, not just making random noises.
As an electrician I can confirm when we finish a job we vanish into lightning.
what hapens if you launch the Nuke where they are?
i hope they will add more random encounters and fights on roads or in some parts of the forest. seriously some parts of the map are dull and boring when you are exploring and a complete silence, all you can see are just grass, trees, etc..

The electrician is a guy named James looking for his now dead woman. He was the owner of the trading post.
No, you can find James and his wife from the Trading Post dead near the Shenandoah Visitor Center.

Has anyone seen the random encounter of a guy called the cannibal at the crystal Deposit in Skyland valley?
I ran into this guy yesterday, I havent effed around in SV much at all save for events, I was trying to find map locations, saw a lightning strike, had no idea that was abnormal, find some BEs fighting 'something' see its a grey 'Electrician'... headshots all around for those scum sucking sociopaths... try to talk to the guy, BLAMPH... there's me left scratching my head. Very cool encounter... I kept thinking though, what would make it cooler is if there were random rewards if you help the dude..... except, they show up after he disappears, there's another lightning strike and a loot bag on the ground where it struck.

I saw this dude on my way to the Watchtower during Oberlin’s quest, and helped him out thinking he’d give you a reward like other scavenger NPCs do. But as soon as I killed the Blood Eagles fighting him and walked up, he calls forth the angry hand of God on me and vanishes. 💀
