In this video, I cover a lot of rare items that most players probably missed at specific locations in the game. I figured this would be something the Fallout 76 community would genuinely enjoy. These items will help your camp feel more unique by adding them to your display cases. Not to mention, the new players coming on board for Wastelanders will find this handy too!
the prototype hazmate suit can be be found on a mission in the berrybog because me and my friend found it on the boat near the lake and it was by a place with a lot of sargent gutsy btw love youre vid if you want to play my xbox gamer tag is FIRSTSERGANT101
@Noah Heath yeah it is in the mire during the quest tracking unknowns. The quest starts by investigating harpers ferry. A hunting party went missing looking for ghouls and one of the bodies has the prototype suit and I believe it is level 1 so anyone could use it.
Rifle Gaming to answer your question the chess set has 2 queens 2 kings 16 pawns 4 knights 4 bishops and 4 rooks, for a total of 32 pieces. And if you server hop there should be a nuka cola dark in that room also.
There is also one in a bus on the New Rive Gorge Bridge. There’s a black cowboy hat that is at the Aaronholt Homestead in a wrecked truck on the road that I haven’t, so far, seen anywhere else.
If you go to Quarry X3, in one porta potty beside the pond, there's a "Mr. fuzzy yellow hard hat" sitting inside the left one. Up near the Crashed Space Station, if you go up the cliff on the right(when you spawn in after FTing to the Space Station), there's a little raider shack and inside there's an orange "Flight Data Recorder". Inside Black Water Mine, take a left into the tunnel after the bridge and go up the stairs in the back room, behind a locked door (Same room that has the dungeon chest in it) is a "restored desk fan" with spinning blades. All of these items can be put into display cases as well. Ranger District Station in The Cranberry Bog, has 2 spawn points of a potential BOS hood, welding helmet or other semi-rare headwear, one location is in the shed outside and the other is inside the room with the stretcher in it.
There are 4 spawn spots for the BOS Hood at the Ranger Station and also one at the Antiques Shop the spots swap between the BOS Hood, Flight Helmet, Welding Mask, Green Bandana and Military Helmet.
I've had two of my camps on the lake adjacent to the disposal site where I've been selling super mutant parts and prototype hazmat suits for probably 8 months at this point. Never ceases to amaze me how little exploration players do in this game. Goes to show how little caps are worth for sure.
I have 2 of my camps right next to the disposal site... and have been selling the prototype suits since we have the vendor :) And good to know that I can sell the mutant parts xD although I never have empty room in my stash because I sell wayyyyyy to much junk and plans xD
Actually when you see items like the guitar and steel guitar for sale in someone's shop for 25k, we're not actually trying to sell it. Items like that are too big for display cases so we have no choice but to store them in the shop for an absurd price so they don't get scrapped. Like just now I finally found a steel guitar because of a comment on this video, can't place it in a case so I put it in my shop for 25k till I can figure out a way to save it. (I'll go back there in a few days to get a second one and I'll put it in my shop for 300 caps so people know I'm not some dude trying to charge ridiculous prices for stuff.)
We need more display cases especially for larger or smaller items. Regardless, I have a ton of new items in my displace cases now thank you so much. Really excited about the mini figures and the teddy! Thanks!
Me and my friend used to live next to the Morgantown airport and he just collected scorched body parts in jars and put them in display cases. The amount he has is disturbing.
The bird decoration and the house teapot, which may be my favorite decorative item in the game, I've found in various other locations as well, but the other ones, like the chess set and Nuka Cola room and even the house they're in, I've never even noticed, so great find!
That house was part of the bootlegger mission they'd set up from last year, I think. Where they introduced Nukashine. I don't know how I had missed that chess set, unless it's not a guaranteed spawn.
Yea it would be nice. Best part about that is they would not have to do a lot of work to implement it either since Fallout 76 is basically a renamed Fallout 4 with some added code for MP.. And Fallout 4 has the Automatron DLC where you can make your own robots.. Would also give players more stuff to do if they handle it in a similar way they did in Fallout 4 since you would need to look around for the schismatics and parts... Would also add a new money/caps sink so there is that too :P
At 6:40 when you talk about the "irony" of the Landview Lighthouse being an actual location if West Virginia, most, if not _all_ of the locations in Fallout 76 were based on real world locations in West Virginia. For example Harper's Ferry, Morgantown, Greenbrier (Whitesprings) just to name a few. Also the mythical creatures in 76 are based on actual West Virginia folklore. The Mothman, Grafton Monster, Snallygaster...
There is also a clean toaster in the southern part of the ash heap. It is an unmarked location, in a trailer. The toaster is visible when you step inside in a waist basket. It is close to the rioters camp with the broken robots. It is called a toaster like all others but it is the only pristine one I have found in the game. It is silver and yellow.
I did know about the Nuka-Cola room in the frat house. It's a great place to server hop if you're trying to earn the Collector Possum badge since the Nuka-Cola's that spawn there are random.
I didn't know about some of those. I love the alarm clock! Do you know about the wedding ring in the house across from the Nuka Cola factory? That's a cool item. Thanks for all of your great videos :)
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed! Yeah, I know about the wedding ring. I may make another video showing off even more unique items! I'll be sure to add the ring in the next one.
Awesome! I didn’t know about that flute! Note that Souvenir Teddy can be found at Bolton Greens on the 3rd Floor, and a second Vault Tec Alarm Clock is at Defiance on the floor directly below the rooms where the Asylum suits spawn in a dark bedroom on a dresser. Great video! Got me the American Flag too!
Great video, some good loot items. The Vault-Tec alarm clock is a great find that most people don’t have. It’s a shame you can’t put the big instruments on display. You can’t display the guitars, the flute, or the accordion. But the Trumpet and Violin can be displayed. I have them as part of my Fasnacht display given that the MC of the parade had a trumpet and a violin. Would be cool to put others on a weapon wall rack. Maybe with the coming updates.
Bro, great video! I've been playing since release and I didn't even realize the location of some of these items. The vault boy clock is the best! Awesome job coming up with this one brohan. Keep up the great vids. Love these and the village vids you've been making. 5/5 stars!
I totally forgot about that chess set (@ 2:13)! Thank you for the reminder. 😁👍 Surprised you mentioned the Super Mutant body parts (@ 4:29)! I wondered if I was the only one to find & put them on display. 😏 Plus, thank you for showing where to get the scorched body parts in jars (@ 5:29). I'd seen them in CAMP's but had no idea where to get them, guess they'd always been looted when I was there. 🙂 And like others, I'd never even heard of that Vault-Tec alarm clock (@ 11:01)! 😯
Man talking about displaying these items I wish there was an item stand which was like just a small disk so you could display individual items anywhere
There are two of those alarm clocks in Fort Defiance, the other one is on a desk somewhere. I've spent far too many hours in there looking for nurse uniforms.
Thank you for posting this. I went to get the one from the video and it was gone. I found the other one on a dresser in a random room. :) I wouldn't have gone looking if I hadn't seen your reply!
I knew about all of these but I left you a like anyway because you don’t click bait, you don’t sound annoying and you asked very nicely. And I subbed too, haha
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I also thought I’d mention I found that teddy bear at a second location. At the East Kanawha Tower there’s a grave for a baby marked “my angel” with the bear... still a great video, I was just happy to find it since I hadn’t seen it before this video.
THANK YOU FOR THIS, I know I’m late because I started playing this game with my friend and we’re same level right now but when I get back on I wanna show off this rare items.
You missed a very rare instrument at Garrahan Estate. There is a VIOLIN in the smaller piano room. I believe it is on the second floor on the other end from the large piano room/conservatory. Check it out. It’s there
Good video - I didn’t know where some of these items were located until now. The souvenir teddy bear is from the Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC. Also, during the Halloween event, I picked up several undamaged Abraxo boxes at White Springs - haven’t seen those anywhere else.
There are a few undamaged boxes around the world but they are all static placed items and they usually are picked up already but you can find them at pre war locked locations
You can still find undamaged abraxo at whitesprings in front of some of the suites locked with handscanners, usually a cart there that also has an unused enamel bucket
Howdy Rifle! This video is amazing.. unfortunately people now know where to get the super mutant parts.. But who cares. Anyhoo, You can actually find the same hazmat suit near one of the pylons in the mire. There are settlers who looked like they were defending themselves from something and near one of the settlers ( or on) is that same suit. I remember that's how I got mine lol, I don't remember the quest to start it. But just know everyone who is reading this.. There are so many other things to Fallout 76 that you don't know.. The burrows, Zetta aliens (haven't found them, but still looking) The outside of the map.. Just so much, oh and don't forget the door at the crashed space station and the Interloper and statue faces. Thanks rifle for being an amazing person and bringing these amazing things about the game to life. And I know, I comment a lot here, im not a bot I swear.
Yeah the one quest that sends you into the sewer of that place... you get a key card and everything to get there... it's where some idiot is hunting non feral ghouls and kills them all because a feral attacked or killed his family... it's a fun quest...(can't remember the name xD it's 7am so my brain stopped working xD)
Just saw someone else's comment and it's dyer chemical during the tracking unknown quest ;) Just wanted to add it because my other reply seems a bit like mad ramblings xD
Rifle doing gods work, Damn man I've seen so many of these items in peoples camps and in vending machines at insane prices that I always wondered where they were getting them from?. Well I wonder no more! Thanks dude and I hope to see this maybe become a series, people love to build and decorate camps and this is just EXTREMELY helpful. Many thanks Rifle for not only this video but all the other Fallout videos you've done. Hope you and your family are doing well 🙏🏼💝
Love you!! Thank you for making this. My dumbness was fixing my house and making it bigger for displays and I accidentally scrapped ALL MY JUNK! That's always the worst feeling. I wish the hazmat suit could go in a display because that would like amazing!
You thought it was ironic that that lighthouse location was an actual location in West Virginia but almost every single location in the Fallout games are real-life locations! That's what makes the Fallout series so unique. (I mean no disrespect.)
Yes this entire map is accurate to that location. I used to live really close to Morgantown, and the views are all accurate. They did a great job with this game
Vault 51 has a bunch of instruments if you go to the room behind the stage. There's a snare drum, flute, guitar, violin, a couple of other ones too. That chess board idea is awesome, I'd love to have a functional chess board.
that item isnt even rare. they're littered all over in the theme park to the northeast with the ferris wheel. also the house teapot is found ALL over. I dont see how he has played thousands of hours and not noticed them in lots of shops and buildings
Dude I've watched like 3 of your 76 vids and you make really good content......You sir have earned yourself a new sub and likes on every video I watch.....As a new Fallout 76 player you knowledge feeds my desire of exploring and learning more about the world......Thank you
Great video! Can you place/display ALL of these items? I ask because I’ve never been able to display a teddy, only scrap it. Thank you for your work in making the game more enjoyable, Rifle gaming!!
After doing some of these I found out those chess pieces aren't rare. After going to get these because I couldn't find the Mr Gutsy model, I found it at the RobCo Research Center after getting the Sentry/Mr Handy hybrid model in this video, for anyone interested if you go in though the back entrance and turn left it's behind a door that requires the RobCo Research Facility Keycard and it's on a filing cabinet. I also found the Mr Handy/Protectron hybrid model that was the knight chess piece in the basement as well, which is entered through an elevator that's directly in front of you when you go through the main entrance, I can't remember where it was but it's easy to see. Thanks for this video btw, it's this kind of thing that keeps me interested in this game.
Omg I had been to I think four of these places! How can I have played since launch and didn't know these things exists! Thanks again for another great video. I was blown away at most of these locations. Great content!
I'm glad to know you found this enjoyable, and it was something new to you! I may make some other videos similar to this showing off more rare items. Thanks for checking out my content!
And the teddy bear I believe is a reference to another Fallout 4 DLC call Nuka world the enemy faction there call the pack have them on some of their armor
@@RifleGaming so are the guns called handmade from nuka world because I played Fallout 3 and New Vegas and I've never seen them in there until that DLC came out
@@danielnunez1587 yes I know thats what I was letting him know about the handmade idk if the paddle ball or western revolver is in 76 because ive never played it I have a bit of a internet problem
you can find multiple trumpets, flutes, snare drums, violons and violon bows in vault 51. there's a concert room on the ground floor under the overseer office, if you look around the backstage you will find them.
I always see it complete... but might be that I play when the rest of the players sleep xD when I see a "busy" server there are maybe 10 others on the map xD... when I start playing there is usually around 20+ but before I log off it's usually almost empty xD
@@Mr3ppozz Usually the times I play, the server is pretty full. D: Makes it fun for nukes and such, but definitely has the downside of never being able to find stuff lol.
Doesn't matter how many players there are, only you and your team see that Cell. You've just gotta pick up more junk (150 items) and then go back and it'll be full
I like your videos, they've got a lot of great and interesting content in them but I get distracted by counting how many times you say "so anyways" or "but yeah" and then it makes me realise how much I do that irl! XD
@@RifleGaming I thought it was great because that's one piece you can have on display, and people are really going to wonder where it came from and the backstory.
There is a violin at the White Spring Resort. It's next to the holiday houses - there is a toy shop und you'll find the instrument in the cupboard behind the cash desk.
I've known about the nuka cola stuff in the eta psy house... also knew about the prototype hazmat suit xD I even have 2 for sale at my camp xD a lvl25 and a lvl1 suit xD The mutant body parts are related to the huntersville FEV experiment... can't remember exactly where but there is a bit of lore that tells you that they dump the parts at the Emmet disposal site... The scorched body parts i have only seen once before at the airport but that was before I knew you could display stuff hahahaha The lighthouse and undamaged flag are just fun little static drops :) The instruments is just a shame that you can't display them.. didn't know about the flute but the rest of the instruments I've seen before during my travels :p The teapot and bird aren't rare I've seen them all over :) Those vault boy clocks are just awesome And I have 4 of them in my stash xD just don't have enough room to display them xD The robot models are fun but not that new I've got a whole collection in fo4 hahahahaha The souvenir teddy bear is new to me though.. it looks a lot like my dogs teddy bear hahahahaha also stitched and repaired xD LOVE THE VID... I might look like I'm complaining or being annoying... but I just thought I'd share my 2 cents... love these videos and always try and figure out if I know the items or if they are new to me :)
I believe that the Body parts in the jars at Morgantown airport are a reference to the walking dead season 4 where the governor keeps walker/zombie heads in jars on shelves in his living area!
You surely remember the meat week event... on the prime meat thing loaction in the bog, Run east towards this swampish area. Look out for a bus on a road and in there You can find a trumpet, accordion and a guitar iirc
I question how rare some of these things are when you can get them in other places. True they are not as common as many other things though. I give you huge kudos on where to get the hornwright estate id card. Way too many people have videos expecting you to know that you should have or where to get missing items in their vids. They're practically useless. You took the time to mention where that card is. Great job!!!! Robco is different now. The doors for the entrance to the building are closed now. I had to go to the right and find another set of doors. Explored the whole area and found the small room with the filing cabinets before you entered the last room for the model. That room is substantially changed. The center tables are the same, the sections on the walls are same and some are different. No model there now.
There's another trumpet inside the bus over by the cranberry glade location!! There's also the restored desk fans, 1 at spruce nob and 1 at Blackwater mine behind a locked door!! There's a clean toaster that spawns inside arktos pharma.

Love your videos. Always so helpful. Just wanted to mention behind the honey house at the back door under the flower pot is the key to it
Great video man. Those flesh items will look great on display in my Eat-A-Human diner
You can still find undamaged abraxo at whitesprings in front of some of the suites locked with handscanners, usually a cart there that also has an unused enamel bucket
me realizing i scraped one of these items 20 minutes ago... •-•
Sameee I scrapped the head In the jar in the thumbnail
Happy to hear that I wasn't only one who thought it was just junk 😂
Faaack i scrapped the scorched head a few days ago.
Haha same
@@WeavingWoods SAMEEEE
Just saw someone else's comment and it's dyer chemical during the tracking unknown quest ;)
Just wanted to add it because my other reply seems a bit like mad ramblings xD
It really is a great quest tho, lil sad lmao, well thanks dude!
Ahhh I did that the other day 😭😭
I have a laboratory built at my camp with various science items like scorched body parts, nuclear material, skulls, etc.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING video bro!! Very informative!
Nice vid!
The game has changed so much from this original video. Kudos brother you're still here and being able to make content
Cool video!
You've made me create a museum camp
You thought it was ironic that that lighthouse location was an actual location in West Virginia but almost every single location in the Fallout games are real-life locations! That's what makes the Fallout series so unique.
(I mean no disrespect.)
Yes this entire map is accurate to that location. I used to live really close to Morgantown, and the views are all accurate. They did a great job with this game
Good vid bro imma get me that alarm clock
gg Rifle, crisp, clear and straight to the point. Excellent, as Mr. Burns would say.
Rifle my man, thanks for sharing where that head is. I now need it for my display.
Fun thing is that I just found that trumpet earlier today while collecting the paired keycard in that tree... Fun vid!
There is a 'Hufflewarble' teapot on a picnic table across from the Silva Homestead.
Vault 51 has a bunch of instruments if you go to the room behind the stage. There's a snare drum, flute, guitar, violin, a couple of other ones too. That chess board idea is awesome, I'd love to have a functional chess board.
When I put the souvenir teddy bear in a display case, it lies face down.
that item isnt even rare. they're littered all over in the theme park to the northeast with the ferris wheel. also the house teapot is found ALL over. I dont see how he has played thousands of hours and not noticed them in lots of shops and buildings
Dude I've watched like 3 of your 76 vids and you make really good content......You sir have earned yourself a new sub and likes on every video I watch.....As a new Fallout 76 player you knowledge feeds my desire of exploring and learning more about the world......Thank you
I have most of the supermutant parts, one of these days I'd like to do an autopsy style room with it. :D
Great video! Can you place/display ALL of these items? I ask because I’ve never been able to display a teddy, only scrap it. Thank you for your work in making the game more enjoyable, Rifle gaming!!
I like having the heads of former humans decorating my store. There's a joke in there somewhere.
I love ur content keep making it 🙃
I'm glad you enjoy! I'll definitely do my best to keep up the content.
I have not been playing for very long, I know very late to the party. Thanks for this video. I will go check these locations for this cool loot.
Need that clock. Good video rifle.
Niiice! Thanks rifle!!
it would be cool if the new chessboard display would allow you to place those chess pieces! my guess is that it won't. :/
And the teddy bear I believe is a reference to another Fallout 4 DLC call Nuka world the enemy faction there call the pack have them on some of their armor
Wait, seriously?! That's awesome!
@@RifleGaming so are the guns called handmade from nuka world because I played Fallout 3 and New Vegas and I've never seen them in there until that DLC came out
@@modomouse7096 the handmade was introduced in the nuka world dlc as was the paddle ball and the westerm revolver
@@danielnunez1587 yes I know thats what I was letting him know about the handmade idk if the paddle ball or western revolver is in 76 because ive never played it I have a bit of a internet problem
Couldn’t agree more on the chess game! Hope they implement it into a future update! Great vid thank you for the locations! ❤
Okay, I'm not gonna lie, with "Extremely rare items" I wasn't really expecting a yellow hazmat suit. wow so interesting
I was thinking the same thing
you can find multiple trumpets, flutes, snare drums, violons and violon bows in vault 51. there's a concert room on the ground floor under the overseer office, if you look around the backstage you will find them.
I finally after 600 hours got my hands on a two shot explosive Gatling gun for my heavy build I’m so happy :)
Damn, congrats man that's lucky. I've been wanting one of those for like 700 of my 900 hours of playtime.
I found a TSE handmade on the ground I have the vid up on my yt channel
A very nice video! You earned a new subscriber. I'm going to start fallout 76 later today!
That chess set is alwayyyss picked clean lol. I just want a queen one dammit. xD
Awesome video rifle 😁👍
Cover the wedding ring and black cowboy hat next time easy earily finds
I like your videos, they've got a lot of great and interesting content in them but I get distracted by counting how many times you say "so anyways" or "but yeah" and then it makes me realise how much I do that irl! XD
The souvenir teddy bear looks like it was from Five Nights at Freddy's!
I'm glad to know you made it to the end to see the bonus item I added!
I've known about the nuka cola stuff in the eta psy house... also knew about the prototype hazmat suit xD I even have 2 for sale at my camp xD a lvl25 and a lvl1 suit xD
The mutant body parts are related to the huntersville FEV experiment... can't remember exactly where but there is a bit of lore that tells you that they dump the parts at the Emmet disposal site...
The scorched body parts i have only seen once before at the airport but that was before I knew you could display stuff hahahaha
The lighthouse and undamaged flag are just fun little static drops :)
The instruments is just a shame that you can't display them.. didn't know about the flute but the rest of the instruments I've seen before during my travels :p
The teapot and bird aren't rare I've seen them all over :)
Those vault boy clocks are just awesome And I have 4 of them in my stash xD just don't have enough room to display them xD
The robot models are fun but not that new I've got a whole collection in fo4 hahahahaha
The souvenir teddy bear is new to me though.. it looks a lot like my dogs teddy bear hahahahaha also stitched and repaired xD
LOVE THE VID... I might look like I'm complaining or being annoying... but I just thought I'd share my 2 cents... love these videos and always try and figure out if I know the items or if they are new to me :)
Are... are you ok? Like mentally?
You can actually find a Vault-Tec Alarm Clock a the Brotherhood HQ in one of the small rooms on a dresser.
How rare is it if anyone could get it at the same spot every game?
Souvenir teddy is also in the distinguished guest event house. Thanks for the info on other items👍🏻
Who else accidentally scraps the stuff before placing it in a display?
Liked within the first 5 minutes. Good video dude
BETHESDA FİX THE DİSPLAY CASES
They are fixed. Don't blame Bethesda blame the dupers once again.
IDK if mention yet but the teapot house & iirc the bird can be found at the Giant Teapot souvenir shop, lol the pickled scorched such a classic.
They took out the prototype hazmat suit it's now just a normal hazmat suit
Peaches wrong just didn’t get it to spawn. Try server hopping.
Absolutely not
I server hoped several times I couldn't get it to spawn I keep getting the normal hazzy
Big ups for the undamaged flag
I had to add it in this list! I seen way too many damaged ones in display cases..
I’m level 14 on here but I love your videos brother! Been enjoying since you smashed doors
me to lmao
Well, they're not rare anymore 😂
lol..............you know it !!
Good stuff buddy. Love these kinda videos. There is just soo much to these games. I always miss stuff.
This was great!! Love your videos!
Thank you rifle your videos are always awesome I need that nukacola wallpaper
There's another trumpet inside the bus over by the cranberry glade location!! There's also the restored desk fans, 1 at spruce nob and 1 at Blackwater mine behind a locked door!! There's a clean toaster that spawns inside arktos pharma.
Nice videos, keep it up!!
BTW, also found another 'Undamaged American Flag' and a rotating 'Desk Fan' (dirty one) in the Overseer's Home upstairs!
