The plaintiff claims he bought a truck from the defendant and paid in advance, but he doesn’t have it yet, so he’s suing. The defendant says he allowed the plaintiff to move in with him when he had nowhere else to go, and he even bought him prostitutes. The defendant claims the plaintiff didn’t give him the correct amount for the truck.
