Lighting a Cigarette with CRAZY McLaren 12C Exhaust Flames!!

Now this has been EPIC! I was filming two flaming McLaren 12C's when at a certein point a guy decided to try and light a cigarette with the flames! CRAZY!

Anyone know if the rev limit in neutral is lower? Doesn't sound like 8000+ rpm to me.
