Friend I never seen so beautiful coverage on dragon fruit trees in the recent past years, I love you I pray for you I salute you, pls keep continue such valuable vdo for gardeners.
Just let it grow :-) normally between 6 monhs and 2 years. Give wormcastings, organic Coffee grounds, organic chicken manure, magnesium, potasium, etc.
Some growers recommend allowing only one main branch (or trunk) to reach the top of the trellis. Out of that trunk, they recommend allowing only 4 to 6 branches, out of which they recommend 1 to 3 sub-branches. But note: these are just recommendations, not rules or laws. The intent is to ensure each branch gets sufficient supply of nutrients, which can be accomplished also by other means such as fertilizer management.
Hi mam,my DF is planted on a container for more than a year, but up to now no flowers shows up,instead branches comes everywhere, kindly advice how to let my DF bear fruits, thanks and God Bless😊😊😊
Thank you for visiting our channel. You can try applying some fertilizers rich in Phosphorus and Potassium. Cut down on Nitrogen. Also, did you plant your dragon fruit from seeds or from cuttings? Plants propagated from seeds normally take longer to mature and bear fruits. If you plant from cuttings, make sure they are from mature stems. Also, make sure they are exposed to sunlight
@@LorezaKabuhayan pleasant good evening mam, thanks for your reply,my DF were planted thru cuttings,as fertilizer i used commercial, rice water sometimes organic fertilizer

i have small size 4 month old cutting should i prune it or wait till it's full grown
and what is the size or age for production ?
It’s still young (4 months). I’d say, wait until it’s grown bigger... Maybe, after a year.
