I don't know when pitaya became dragonfruit can someone explain. I've always know this fruit as pitaya comes from Mexico when did these European Americans switch the name?

Indeed, pretty much anything will do, except meat/fish because it'll be a stinker! 😅 Peanut shells, egg shells, coffee ground, etc would be great too. The point is to give the fruits an organic way and energy to grow...

I think pretty much any kind of leftover food would do too, such as coffee extracts, peanut shells, egg shells. Things to give them the energy to grow. The tomatoes here are quite acidic, yet the fruits thrive on them, too. In the other video, a guy uses lots of dried up sugarcane pieces. Soil wise, I think just dirt and some miracle grow would be just as good... At least I'm gonna try growing mine with the above concoctions. 😅
