Nomenclature of Coordination Compounds: Names & Formulas

In this video, we'll work through nomenclature examples of coordination compounds. Here, we now have to include the name or formula of a complex within that of a compound. Our examples will go from chemical formula to name, followed by name to chemical formula. In each example we'll highlight the specific details to follow in each conversion, including metal ion charge/Roman numeral, ligand names & order, and final compound order of cation anion.
