I recognize myself each time more in this type. Complex Traumatas but I'm slowly emerging and leading groups. I think introverts or high sensitive ppl are often underestimated unappreciated at work and taken for granted. I quited jobs so many times. They treat me poorly I'm out dont underestimate this type. Just because it's dreamy and reading or homy. In a fight or a battle i win with my intellect and this many said to me😊 its i have a hidden temper they didn't expected to defend myself those ways, besides I'm good at bringing up arguments convincing ppl I'm free lancer i can sell myself. I agree wirh you I'm hoping to become more Alpha

I identify with the things said in this video... but is it possible for a "former alpha" delta female to become an "alpha" again? like the thing with me is, I know that I am in my "flop era" but I still don't like being led by other people. I often tend to know exactly what the leader of a group will do before they do it, because I've been there. at the same time, I feel like I've learned a lot from my time as a delta because now when I see over confident, usually younger alpha females (I'm 18 btw...I'm talking abt 14-16 y/os who remind me of myself), I cringe at the way they act and treat other ppl. if I ever got back to where I was, I'll definitely be a little bit more empathetic and less judgmental.
i've read somewhere that Sigmas are sometimes former Alphas who became more of a lone wolf after a bad social experience.

I can lead groups so wouldn't sign that. Still ppl often surprise others. They do underestimate me often I make them regret
