Fukin incredible Jake Ray Eric Glenn fuking smoking. They deservered to be huge. Ray. The best ever R.I.P. SUCH A SHAME ABOUT THIS MAGNIFICENT BANDS STORY. Thank you so very much for finding all this pric e less Badlands content. I also hope you find even more i loved this band as so many of us did. 💜💙💪🌟🌟🎼🎵🎼🎸🎸🔥🔥👍👍👍😎😎
DUDE!...what a great Badlands playlist..thanks for posting. I actually saw Gillen perform with Sabbath right after Glen Hughes quit singing for them...I remeber thinking who the fuck is this guy...then he sang. I knew he was going to be special...couple years later out comes Badlands. Awesome shit....
I may sound very stupid but i´m a Badlands fan and i didn´t know this song was out there. First time ever i hear it and now i feel like listening to all the three albums just straight through
The guitar solo reminds me something that Jake E Lee did with Ozzy Osbourne, something from the live tour of Bark At The Moon album, it was Jake E Lee improvisation, Badlands had so many potential, thanks for sharing.
Yeah, Ray Gillen sang like a god -what an incredible voice with tibre, style, power and just pure mastery. Jake, you're a god too and that's for damn sure! Eric Singer too -a really tasty drummer -a kick ass drummer who always offers something unique to songs. For the love of god ...Jake E. Lee please put out some music -we need you!!!!!
@@randywissler9923 every time listening to "Dusk" album I couldn't help but praise one of the strongest rhythm section's work (Greg and Jeff), especially considering it was a live record. Jake is a king, no doubt. But he was backed up by really strong musicians who really fitted his style so the band sounded groovy and solid! Chaisson's basslines are incredible, they fill the space perfectly. That's why I prefer listening to Badlands live records. No double tracks, overdubs - just four men knowing their shit very well!
Thank you, Michael, for your submissions here. It's unbelievable how long ago this was put up here. I'm so glad these videos of yours are still here on UA-cam. They take me back to my times of learning to play guitar and music from the greatest musicians I have ever come across. Jake E. Lee and DeMartini are my major influences, this will always stay in my heart.
Hey, Michael ... Just wondering, with all of the Unreleased Tracks you've accumulated, it would be so cool to create a Quasi-Album/Playlist, sort of an "All-in-One." I'm not really Legal-Minded, so not sure if that would prohibit something like this. BUT, it sure would be nice to add to the Collection. 🥹
Another amazing Badlands rarity from oilcan! Dude! You rock!!! Thank you so much for posting. Please keep 'em coming! And here's some more trivia for the Jake fans: Which Wicked Alliance song is actually Sun Red Sun with different lyrics?
They were a true supergroup! Ray Gillen will always be my vocal idol!

I love this unreleased stuff!
I wish this was on the cd....love it!!!!!!!!!!!!
i just got the dusk album a few months ago i had to special order it and it cost me 30 bucks but worth every penny
Reminds me of Motorhead's "the chase is better than the catch" a bit. Ray sounds like Sammy hagar at the beginning. Great tune, Jake E. Lee rocks
Wow , incredible !
Ray was Jake's equal, in vocal form, just uncanny how off the cuff Ray could create melodies.
hell yeah.......i LOVE that song....Healer is a great fuckin tune....I just listened to it a couple days ago...
