While these people work hard and are fairly good craftsmen, the biggest fault is the lack of quality control of the steel. We don't see any evidence that they do an analysis of the steel to get the properties they desire.

Guys, WTF are you doing? Why to work like this, even though it's mostly a family's business. Send a couple of sons to the college, for example from each brother's family and then let them improve the process and let them work to ease the factory life.
