It's really impressive how in quite a rudimentary workshop these guys still manage to push out a great looking final product. It undoubtedly takes quite some skill, especially the winding of the motor looked super impressive. It clearly works, it would be pretty cool to see this happen in real life, thank you for posting the video, keep doing what you're doing :-)

No one is saying they’re not hard working. But life is cheap there, apparently. The employer doesn’t care if these folks are injured. We have safety regulations for a reason.
maybe in the beginning you have to go to extremes, doesn't mean you have to stay there! in business you start of doing whatever you have to do1 ok, but you have to grow, improve the way production is done, you have to reinvest in the business through, equipment, staff, organization, and streamline your process. look, you wanna make it?? do what people do to make it. stay open minded to new ideas!!

Бля.. не, ну может люди там почти бесплатные и нового прям за забором возьмут.. но сразу видно - о ТБ там даже не слышали. 9:28 биение поражает воображение. Т-точность. Покраска - вот прям видно, как "на отъебись" сделано. Не, ну в самом деле, зачем красить кожух с двух сторон, да? Да и под ним - тоже излишне. Да и вал с крыльчаткой прикрывать не надо, херачьте прям по ним... Удивлён наличием подшипников и манжет, после увиденного всерьёз ожидал применение промасленных тряпок для уплотнения..
Да на качество им скорее всего пофигу, ибо платят копейки, а пахать дохрена приходится. Плюс к тому же о каком качестве идет речь в подобных условиях? У нас на заводах с браком делать умудряются, а тут "на коленке". Но вот ТБ - это то, что меня удивляет каждый раз, когда я смотрю подобные видео. Им вообще, наверное пофигу на себя. наверное они терминаторы, а одежда сверху чисто, чтоб причиндалы прикрыть. Иначе я не могу это объяснить их поведение.

Being an electrician myself and now currently working as electrical/mechanical technician in a foundry factory. I really appreciate this video. One word: Amazing! Yes, health and safety is a big concern and quality too. But this is a backyard factory and yet they can produce motors and pumps using very simple and archaic machines.

I’m simultaneously astonished at this process, baffled at how it could possibly be economical to run a foundry, machine shop and motor winding manufacturing plant in the same facility…. and convinced that if modern technology experienced a sudden massive catastrophic failure, Pakistani industry would rule the world.
Did you notice that some of the machinery was made in Keithly England. Manufacturing in the UK would have been like this is 1800’s. We in the UK don’t make anything anymore.
Just crazy that such a workingplace still exists in the Year 2023. I do not want to know how many people are injured each week in this "factory", and when they die due to destroyed lungs or cancer.

@@JimNichols Sure you can "watch" if suddenly some molten iron droplets are ejected from teh furnace and land on your bare feet are on other parts of your body. But you can do nothing as this happens faster as you can escape. Its a great feeling when 1000°C hot metal find its way through your flesh till it reaches the bone. And if you are really that stupid: You cannot see deadly gases, you are just dead when you inhale them. Or you have long term effects due to them.

the the person who wears that gear is slowed down so much he gets defooded and someone who is prepared to work at the pace of the foundry/factory gets the job and the food. Remember, until the 1960s or so this was the standard way of working in factories, and had been for hundreds of years. And even today, its only really western nations that have the extreme health and safety. The main reason is in western modern society the high value we put on 'life'. Throughout most of history, in all countries, a person was considered quite cheap, certainly not worth encumbering with protective gear that slows down the work process. People are cheap and replacable, factory production is not. Its only since the 1920s or so in a small numbers of first world countries this concept of 'valuing' life has become a thing and it has got bigger ever since, to the point where zero workplace injuries is now the expected norm - in the 1960s, a factory with under 2% annual employee DEATH rate, or a workshop/construction side with under 5% death rate, was considered acceptably safe even in the West.
