This is an awesome airgun for the money and the fact it is regulated too...wow. Mine sends CHPs @ 750 FPS and Hades @ 740 FPS which is perfect out to about 50-60 yards making it ideal for a backyard pesting/plinker/target PCP. I think I paid 30$ for a Maple Custom Products 10 shot magazine and 25$ for a reflex sight on Amazon, and this little gun just works for most needs. It has become my second favorite PCP to shoot after my LCS .25 cal. Just a great little gun with plenty of potential for the tinkerers.
I agree, my favorite PCP as of right now and always a blast to shoot, so simple to operate, reliable and accurate. Thanks for watching and commenting 🎯
That would have been great. I just completed the bottle conversion with a .35L and my shot count is awesome, will have to keep track and see how many. Also been doing some additional testing with my 3D printed Moderators and have been getting some really good results not just with sound but groups as well. Thanks for commenting and Happy Plinking
We just might have to make that happen, send me a message at Redcornoutdoors@gmail.com Have a few orders to finish but can get one printed out for you later this week
Great testing and mods Angel! You think it would be quiter after cutting off the factory moderator and using the others you made. What a suprise. I turned mine intoa bottle gun right after i got it last summer, i didn't do the adjustable Z block like your going to do, i just ordered the all aluminum piece off ebay thats about $80.00 that offers no adjustment of reg pressure. With it you can still use the plenum to get a few more feet per second. Take care man and enjoy your Sunday!😊
I figured if I'm going to bottle feed, I would like to have some adjustability. Have you seen the pellet kids video, he covers the modification in good detail. Thanks for commenting Steven and you to have a good evening
Sounds good have a donny for my terminater. 35 and I have a donny for umerex origon. 22 I love it def keep the noise down before I the plastic one from the same company didn't last long it was cheap plastic and I remember it really didn't keep the origon that quite . When I bought that donny I noticed a big difference
That sounds great, a Donny FL will out last a 3D printed part every time. Just giving the air gun community opinions, every part has its place and purpose. Thanks again for commenting and keeping on plinking .
Veeery Nice! Can be the style of suppressor. How its made or material. Ive seen other video w DFL type go down into the 80's range decible. Maybe a carbon fiber might do something? Good testing review. Ive moved on from this. Recently having fun with the JTS unregulated airguns. Hey, sta slingin that sweet air rifle lead! Ed Snippin Man here 💥💪💪💪🎯
I cut off the stock moderator and added the C88 adapter with a Buck-Rail silencer and it took it down another notch or two in my opinion on my camouflage NOTOS.
I like Notos like it is been looking at upgrade only thing I want is a buck rail mlok I like it's size and 21 22 shits well enough for me I want to add a light
What bipod is that. I changed my hammer spring and adjust the regulator down to 1500 and now I get 40 shots at 695fps which is plenty for birds, rabbits, plinking
Question for you Mr. John Red Corn. I just saw a video on Johnny Mak's UA-cam channel and he had a over the moderator moderator made by you for his Notos. He was nice enough to tell me you made it and shared your ebay link, but i didn't see it in there. Do you still make that piggyback slip on moderator for the Notos? Thanks
I'm assuming it'll drop the db's a touch? I watched your other video where you took off the stock one and added yours. You mentioned it reduced the sound equally to the stock setup. Maybe your piggyback slip on design helps more?
Hello again, just added them to my eBay store here is the Link for the smooth body one. If you prefer the honey comb style let me know and I'll send a link for that one.
@@tonynooyen2423 The plenum I purchased from C88 machine on eBay along with the 1/2 x 20 adapter. The Notos bone stock is a great PCP and with all the aftermarket parts and mods you really can make it how you want. Kinda like the Air Venturi Avenger many people have modified them over the years.
@@Jamxknife from my experience, you always want to recheck zero, there is always a possibility of POI shift. In most cases so long nothing is miss aligned you should be fine with very minimal POI, But once adjusted your good. Now some designs do work better than others, currently working on a 200mm length moderator and initial testing is great for suppression but accuracy is slightly off, will need to through and make sure we have a clean barrel and retry. I use the parts I make and have others try them out as well , any feedback I get I use the information to improve on my design. Awesome that you're making parts , stick with the ones that work and try to improve on them, this works for me. All good questions thanks for asking, now gonna finish my coffee.
@@RedCornOutdoors Thanks for the info! I only recently started making my own, but before I would find moderators online and tweak them to fit, either adding threads or matching the OD. From all those that I’ve tried only a few kept zero. I can widen the baffle holes some but they’ve all been aligned. Air strippers in particular seem vastly change the accuracy even with how small they are compared to suppressors.
@@Jamxknife klipping is the biggest issue you will run into when adding any moderator if the alignment is off. The tighter the clearance the better noises control, but there's always a higher chance of klipping. It's more satisfying to design one yourself, print it and use it and it works great, 👍
@@RedCornOutdoors I can't agree more. I'm designing an integrated slip on now. either keeping the stock baffles removing the stock front retainer, or removing the stock baffles and it being a full insert. it sends gas back out the sides.
To run this type of moderator you will have to remove your factory one and purchase an adapter from C88MACHINE on eBay. I do sell a no mod moderator that slides over the end of the factory one and helps bring down the noise. Unfortunately my eBay store has been put on hold for a week, so I'm not able to sell in there😔

Yeah the stock moderator does a good job keeping it quiet, just wish they made it threaded... Maybe in their gen2
